Potential impacts of global climate change on Tijuana River Watershed hydrology - An initial analysis
TL;DR: In this paper, the Tijuana River watershed has been investigated regarding how future climate changes may impact the hydrology of the watershed, and the authors used gridded observed daily precipitation and temperatures to drive the VIC macro-scale hydrologic model and found that a 1oC increase in average temperature produces about 3% reduction of runoff.

Toward usable predictive climate information at decadal timescales
James M. Done,Rebecca E. Morss,Heather Lazrus,Erin Towler,Mari R. Tye,Ming Ge,Tapash Das,Armin Munévar,Joshua Hewitt,Jennifer A. Hoeting +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present an interdisciplinary research framework to develop credible and use-relevant decadal climate predictions, focusing on case studies of flood risk and water resource management in Colorado and California.
