Controlling phase separation of binary Bose-Einstein condensates via mixed-spin-channel Feshbach resonance

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated controlled phase separation of a binary Bose-Einstein condensate in the proximity of a mixed-spin-channel Feshbach resonance in the $|F=1,{m}_{F}=+1\ensuremath{-}1\ensuremath{rangle}$ states of $^{87}\mathrm{Rb}$ at a magnetic field of 9.10 G.
Journal ArticleDOI

Spin-dependent inelastic collisions in spin-2 Bose-Einstein condensates

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors studied spin-dependent two-body inelastic collisions in Bose-Einstein condensates both experimentally and theoretically and measured two fundamental loss coefficients for 2-body collisions with total spins of 0 and 2.
