Enhancement of electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance by silver shell‑copper core coating of additively manufactured AlSi10Mg alloy

TL;DR: In this paper, a silver shell-copper core coating was applied on additively manufactured (AM) AlSi10Mg alloy to improve the electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, surface roughness and indentation hardness.
Journal IssueDOI

Envelope tracking power amplifier with static predistortion linearization

TL;DR: The design method, properties and driving techniques of a linear 0.5 W 1 GHz LDMOS power amplifier used in a supply modulated envelope tracking transmitter with real-time predistortion are presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

Laser welding of AlSi10Mg aluminium-based alloy produced by Selective Laser Melting (SLM)

TL;DR: In this paper, the weldability of the printed AlSi10Mg material without filler material was evaluated using a Yb:YAG disk laser. The laser wavelength was 1030 nm and the maximum output power on the workpiece surface was 4 kW.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Envelope tracking power amplifier with static predistortion linearization

TL;DR: An efficiency enhanced power amplifier is presented that uses envelope tracking (ET) technique and static predistortion to achieve high linearity and achieved roughly 25 dBc ACPR, which improved to roughly 50 dBc after addingpredistortion.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

1 GHz Class E RF Power Amplifier For A Polar Transmitter

TL;DR: In this paper, the advantages and peculiarities of class E power amplifier when used in a polar transmitter system are described and the basic principles about class E and information about different nonlinearities are given.
