Journal ArticleDOI

A generic interface to reduce the efficiency-stability-cost gap of perovskite solar cells

TL;DR: Tantalum-doped tungsten oxide forms almost ohmic contacts with inexpensive conjugated polymer multilayers to create a hole-transporting material with a small interface barrier, which eliminates the use of ionic dopants that compromise device stability.
Journal ArticleDOI

Spray‐Coated Silver Nanowires as Top Electrode Layer in Semitransparent P3HT:PCBM‐Based Organic Solar Cell Devices

TL;DR: In this article, the performance of semitransparent poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl):[6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (P3HT:PCBM) organic solar cells with Ag NW top electrode layers is investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

ITO-Free and Fully Solution-Processed Semitransparent Organic Solar Cells with High Fill Factors

TL;DR: In this article, the authors report efficient ITO-free and fully solution-processed semitransparent inverted organic solar cells based on silver nanowire (AgNW) electrodes.
