Journal ArticleDOI

Preparation of transparent and semiconducting NiO films

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of annealing in the structure and morphology of vacuum deposited thin nickel films are reported, and the authors show that the phase transformation of Ni to NiO is controlled by the diffusion of Ni ions through the grain boundaries.
Journal ArticleDOI

Preparation and characterization of indium-doped tin oxide thin films

TL;DR: In this article, high transparent and semiconducting indium-doped tin oxide films were prepared by spray pyrolysis and characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and optical transmission.
Journal ArticleDOI

Studies on the structural, electrical and optical properties of Al-doped ZnO thin films prepared by chemical spray deposition

TL;DR: In this paper, aluminium-doped zinc oxide films have been prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis technique and their structural, morphological, electrical and optical properties with doping concentration are investigated in detail.
Journal ArticleDOI

The preparation of transparent electrically conducting indium oxide films by reactive vacuum evaporation

TL;DR: Indium oxide thin films deposited by reactive thermal evaporation of indium in an oxygen atmosphere at different substrate temperatures and oxygen partial pressures are characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, optical transmission and electrical resistivity Preparation conditions are optimized to obtain highly transparent and conducting ln2O3 films as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Optical and electrical properties of zinc oxide films prepared by spray pyrolysis

TL;DR: In this article, the zinc oxide thin films were prepared on glass substrates from an aqueous solution of zinc acetate by spray pyrolysis and characterized using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and optical transmission.
