Superconductivity above 90 K in low Tc phase Bi2Ca1Sr2Cu2Ox

TL;DR: In this paper, the superconductivity of a Bi-based 2-1-2-2 cuprate was studied as a function of processing parameters. And the results were compared with those of a Y-based cuprate and a 1-2 -3 cuprate.
Journal ArticleDOI

Superconductivity and possible carrier localization in YBa2Cu3−xZinxO7−y

TL;DR: In this article, resistivity and Hall data on single phase YBa2Cu3−xZnxO7−y ceramic samples are reported, showing that the normal state resistivity behavior changes from metallic to semiconducting like which is compared with other cuprate superconductors.
Journal ArticleDOI

EPR and low magnetic field microwave absorption in hafnium doped YBa2Cu3Oy

TL;DR: In this article, the superconducting properties of the hafnium doped Y-Ba-Cu-O system were characterized by resistivity, EPR and low magnetic field microwave absorption signal (LFMAS) studies for doping concentrations varying from 0.5% to 2%.
