A high sensitive visible light-driven photoelectrochemical aptasensor for shrimp allergen tropomyosin detection using graphitic carbon nitride-TiO2 nanocomposite.
TL;DR: For the first time a visible-light-driven photoelectrochemical (PEC) aptasensor for shrimp tropomyosin determination was fabricated by using graphitic carbon nitride and titanium dioxide as photoactive nanomaterials, ascorbic acid as electron donor and ruthenium (III) hexaammine (Ru(NH3)63+) as signal enhancer.
Journal ArticleDOI
COVID-19 causes neuronal degeneration and reduces neurogenesis in human hippocampus
Amir-Hossein Bayat,Helia Azimi,Meysam Hassani Moghaddam,Vahid Ebrahimi,Mobina Fathi,Kimia Vakili,Gholam-Reza Mahmoudiasl,Mahdi Forouzesh,Mahdi Eskandarian Boroujeni,Zahra Nariman,Hojjat-Allah Abbaszadeh,Arefeh Aryan,Abbas Aliaghaei,Mohammad-Amin Abdollahifar +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors used histological techniques to analyze glial and neuronal cells, and illuminated a massive degeneration of neuronal cells and changes in glial cells morphology in hippocampal samples.
Journal ArticleDOI
Caffeine modulates apoptosis, oxidative stress, and inflammation damage induced by tramadol in cerebellum of male rats
Amir Raoofi,Ali Delbari,Davood Nasiry,Hamid Eslampour,Reza Golmohammadi,Sara Sadat Javadinia,Reza Sadrzadeh,Mohammad-Shafi Mojadadi,Auob Rustamzadeh,Maedeh Akhlaghi,Amin Mousavi Khaneghah,Vahid Ebrahimi,Mohammad Jafar Rezaie +12 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors showed that the stereological parameters, biochemical profiles, except MDA, and behavioral function were significantly higher in the tramadol+caffeine group compared to the tramadol group.
Journal ArticleDOI
Human olfactory epithelium-derived stem cells ameliorate histopathological deficits and improve behavioral functions in a rat model of cerebellar ataxia
Meysam Hassani Moghaddam,Saba Hatari,Am Shahidi,Fatemeh Nikpour,Hossein Omran,Mobina Fathi,Kimia Vakili,Mohammad-Amin Abdollahifar,Mahdi Tizro,Neda Eskandari,Amir Raoofi,Vahid Ebrahimi,Abbas Aliaghaei +12 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors explored the impacts of olfactory epithelium mesenchymal stem cells transplantation on behavioral, structural, and histological deficiencies in a rat model of cerebellar ataxia.
Posted ContentDOI
Therapeutic potentials of the caffeine in polycystic ovary syndrome in a rat model: Via modulation of proinflammatory cytokines and antioxidant activity.
Amir Raoofi,Mohammad Jafar Rezaie,Ali Delbari,Seyed Amir-Hossein Ghoreishi,Pegah Hadi Sichani,Shahram Maleki,Davood Nasiry,Maedeh Akhlaghi,Vahid Ebrahimi,Amin Mousavi Khaneghah +9 more
TL;DR: It is found that caffeine can reduce apoptosis and inflammation in PCOS ovaries and enhance the unpleasant symptoms of PCOS.
