Enantioselective Assembly of Functionalized Carbocyclic Spirooxindoles Using an L‐Proline Derived Thiourea Organocatalyst.

TL;DR: Multifunctional spirooxindole scaffolds are synthesized by enantioselective multi-component reactions involving sequential vinylogous Michael addition and cyclization.
Journal ArticleDOI

Assembly of 3‐Allyl‐3‐ethynyl‐oxindole Motifs via Palladium(II)‐Catalyzed Quaternary Allylation of 3‐Ethynyl‐3‐OBoc‐oxindoles.

TL;DR: Palladium(II)-catalyzed C3-allylation of 3-ethynyl-3-OBoc oxindole derivatives was achieved for the first time to access highly functionalized 3-allyl-3 -thynyl substituted oxindoles derivatives for a broad range of substrates in very good yields as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Organocatalytic Asymmetric Decarboxylative Cyanomethylation of Isatins Using L‐Proline Derived Bifunctional Thiourea.

TL;DR: In this article, the first asymmetric decarboxylative cyanomethylation of isatins was reported using bifunctional thiourea derived from L-proline in good yields and enantioselectivities.
