TL;DR: Screen media time usage and its association with personal and socioeconomic factors, as well as the effect of season and type of day, in a Spanish sample of 12-16 year-old school adolescents is examined, revealing that adolescents seemed to consume more TV and computer/videogames in autumn than in winter, and more television and mobile phones on weekends than on weekdays.

Promotion of autonomy for participation in physical activity: a study based on the trans-contextual model of motivation

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of a school-based intervention to promote physical activity, utilizing the postulates of the trans-contextual model of motivation, were analyzed. But the intervention in the experimental group consisted of showing videos related to physical activity participation, conducting discussions and doing tasks related to the content presented in the videos and conducting family discussions.
