Entrecomp, surge a instancias de la Comision Europea, con el objetivo de establecer una herramienta que pudiera ser utilizada a la hora de analizar la orientacion emprendedora de los planes de formacion y estudios de los paises que conforman la Union Europea. La metodologia empleada ha sido la de la revision sistematica de los trabajos relacionados con las competencias emprendedoras y de manera mas especifica con el marco competencia Entrecomp. Los resultados obtenidos permiten determinar el escaso impacto y limitado uso que ha tenido hasta ahora este marco competencial. Esto se observa tanto en trabajos de caracter empirico como de caracter teorico. EnglishFrom a review of the scientific literature related to the competence framework for Entrecomp entrepre-neurship, aspects on the use and level of application that Entrecomp has had since its publication in 2016, in scientific production related to entrepreneurial skills and their training have been analyzed and discussed. Entrecomp, arises at the request of the European Commission, with the aim of establishing a tool that could be used when analyzing the entrepreneurial orientation of the training and study plans of the countries that form the European Union. The methodology used has been the systematic review of the work related to entrepreneurial competencies and more specifically with the Entrecomp competence framework. The results obtained allow determining the low impact and limited use that this competency framework has had until now. This has been observed for both empirical and theoretical works.

Entrecomp: marco competencial para el emprendimiento. Una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre su uso y aplicación

Traditional educational systems and learning have been significantly impacted by the quick growth of information and communication technology. Moreover, the learning process is increasingly important for socioeconomic and business success in our modern society. Therefore, at present, cloud computing is crucially important in connection with e-learning systems. The goal of this research is to conduct a thorough assessment of scientific production in the field of e-learning and cloud technology fields using the bibliometric analysis method’s quantitative approach in order to comprehensively review and analyze the subject. The current study reviews the literature by focusing on specific research areas and revealing certain trends. The research examines 637 articles published between 2007 and 2022 in the Web of Science database (WoS) using the VOSviewer software version 1.6.18 (Leiden University, The Netherlands) and bibliometrix R-package. The goal of this research is to conduct a thorough assessment of scientific production in the field of e-learning and cloud technology fields using the bibliometric analysis method’s quantitative approach to comprehensively review and analyze the subject. Currently, there is no unified approach and extensive bibliometric review that tackle both of these topics cohesively; thus, this research aims to fill this gap. The results shed light on the structure, evolution, main trends, and effect of the research field of e-learning systems based on cloud computing by intensively evaluating and analyzing the scientific output, key contributions to the subject, and possible directions for future research. The most productive country in terms of scientific knowledge and number of citations is China. It is noteworthy that the interest of researchers comes from various regions of the world, while the most prolific authors come from Serbia, Japan, and Romania. The average citation number per document is 6.8, while the most citations were obtained by highly influential article about critical factors influencing learner satisfaction for successful e-learning. Regarding the conceptual structure that assists researchers to understand keyword evolution and trend, four clusters were identified, which reside around the topics “Technology”, “Education”, “Delivery Systems” and “Cloud services”. Given these points, the current study’s implications reveal the significance of e-learning technologies based on cloud computing, along with the direct correlation between these two elements.

Mapping Knowledge Area Analysis in E-Learning Systems Based on Cloud Computing

Human respiratory infections caused by coronaviruses can range from mild to deadly. Although there are numerous studies on coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), few have been published on its Omicron variant. In order to remedy this deficiency, this study undertook a bibliometric analysis of the publishing patterns of studies on the Omicron variant and identified hotspots. Automated transportation, environmental protection, improved healthcare, innovation in banking, and smart homes are just a few areas where machine learning has found use in tackling complicated problems. The sophisticated Scopus database was queried for papers with the term “Omicron” in the title published between January 2020 and June 2022. Microsoft Excel 365, VOSviewer, Bibliometrix, and Biblioshiny from R were used for a statistical analysis of the publications. Over the study period, 1917 relevant publications were found in the Scopus database. Viruses was the most popular in publications for Omicron variant research, with 150 papers published, while Cell was the most cited source. The bibliometric analysis determined the most productive nations, with USA leading the list with the highest number of publications (344) and the highest level of international collaboration on the Omicron variant. This study highlights scientific advances and scholarly collaboration trends and serves as a model for demonstrating global trends in Omicron variant research. It can aid policymakers and medical researchers to fully grasp the current status of research on the Omicron variant. It also provides normative data on the Omicron variant for visualization, study, and application.

Bibliometric Analysis of Publications on the Omicron Variant from 2020 to 2022 in the Scopus Database Using R and VOSviewer

Overflowing garbage bins and unnecessary truck visits to collect waste have always been core issues of sustainability and maintaining a green environment. In the recent past, a transition has been observed in waste management towards a better environment and the achievement of sustainability goals. Companies are not only focused on producing less but also transforming waste into energy and reusable products. This transition process needs to evolve through sustainable solutions and innovative marketing initiatives that increase awareness and education among end users. This study used a systematic literature review protocol to identify and review the available research on sustainable waste-management solutions, innovative marketing initiatives, and a proposed conceptual model. It analyzed the latest literature from 1976 to 2022 to assess waste-management trends using the Web of Sciences and Scopus databases. To evaluate the practical perspective, this study analyzed ten waste-management companies offering services in the USA, the UK, Korea, Finland, Ireland, Turkey, Brazil, Slovakia, Portugal, Denmark, and Canada to assess their technological and marketing development for the creation of a better future. It was found that Ecube, Enevo, smart bins, Compology, Bigbelly, Sensoneo, Citibrain, ACO recycling, Evrek, Rico, and BrighterBins focus more on technology and less on user awareness and marketing. There is minimal focus on education and empowerment of end users. Our study’s findings guide academics, practitioners, and policymakers to apply ambidextrousness in energy innovation, particularly in the waste-management sector. By implementing sustainable and innovative solutions, companies can not only reduce waste products, but they can also recover, recycle, and better dispose of the waste. However, to do so, companies also need to educate end users.

Sustainable Waste Management Companies with Innovative Smart Solutions: A Systematic Review and Conceptual Model

With the advent of the digital economy era, the relationship between consumers and brands is changing. The mode of marketing, especially the paradigm of brand management, also needs to be adapted to change. Brand orientation has triggered a heated discussion on the dominant paradigm of market orientation and a new revolution in brand management. In view of the primary position of brand orientation in the management domain, it is necessary to sort out a systematic scientific knowledge mapping, clarify the research context and progress, and discover research focuses and limitations for strengthening the construction of brand-oriented theories. This study conducts a scientific quantitative analysis of 169 literatures and 7187 references from the Web of Science in the field of brand orientation by comprehensively using methods of scientific knowledge mapping and traditional literature review. The findings show that: (1) Concentrating on the core issue that “whether and how brand orientation becomes an effective strategic orientation of an organization”, brand orientation research includes six major hot spots and has been extended to fields including non-profit organizations, retail, service, manufacturing, e-commerce, and tourism. (2) As a multi-dimensional construct, brand orientation affects organizational performance directly through internal branding and external customer perception, and it is influenced by organizational culture, leadership, competition environment, funding sources, and brand cooperation. The relationship between brand orientation and market orientation has evolved from mutual substitution to synergy.

A Bibliometric Analysis of Brand Orientation Strategy in Digital Marketing: Determinants, Research Perspectives and Evolutions

2022. Bibliometric Analysis of Policies 2022 Abstract Nutrition concerns and food waste are a priority for the European Union, and the implementation of Green Pact policies is of major interest to all those involved in the food chain sector. The main purpose of this paper is to conduct an in-depth analysis of scientific production using bibliometrics, to understand the current structure of studies and future research directions on Green Deal policies in the food chain. 672 documents published between 2000 and 2021 were identified in the Web of Science database. Their scientific content was analysed using VOSviewer software on several levels: descriptive analysis, performance analysis, and scientific mapping from a conceptual, intellectual, and social perspective. In addition, to determine research gaps, the 10 most relevant and influential papers are analysed and synthesized. The most productive countries in terms of scientific output are Italy, India, and the USA, the peak being reached in 2021, and the main field approached is environmental sciences. Entrepreneurship is a key ingredient needed by transition countries to strengthen their growing market economies, being a catalyst for growth and development. For hundreds of years, rural space has been equivalent to land for agriculture, but innovations in industry and technology have changed the notion of rural space and expanded its area of activity. Thus, the rural space cannot be considered any longer as being intended only for agriculture, but can be likened to a hub of opportunities, facilitating the development of popular tourism, small businesses related to tourism activities, activities that can lead to economic development of rural communities. Romania has demonstrated an important potential for rural growth and has seen substantial improvements both in its rural business environment and in its socio-economic environments. This paper contributes to the research on entrepreneurship in rural areas by focusing on innovations that could be implemented in Romania for rural development. Those innovations in rural entrepreneurship are seen as a solution for developing new business models, creating and increasing jobs number, directly linked to the economic performance of regions.
