miRTargetLink 2.0-interactive miRNA target gene and target pathway networks
Fabian Kern,Ernesto Aparicio-Puerta,Yongping Li,Tobias Fehlmann,Tim Kehl,Viktoria Wagner,Kamalika Ray,Nicole Ludwig,Hans-Peter Lenhof,Eckart Meese,Andreas Keller,Andreas Keller +11 more
TL;DR: MiRTargetLink 2.0 as mentioned in this paper is an all-in-one solution for human, mouse and rat miRNA networks, where users can input in the unidirectional search mode either a single gene, gene set or gene pathway, alternatively a single miRNA, a set of miRNAs or an miRNA pathway.
Journal ArticleDOI
miRNATissueAtlas2: an update to the human miRNA tissue atlas.
Andreas Keller,Andreas Keller,Laura Gröger,Thomas Tschernig,Jeffrey Solomon,Omar Laham,Nicholas Schaum,Viktoria Wagner,Fabian Kern,Georges Pierre Schmartz,Yongping Li,Adam Borcherding,Carola Meier,Tony Wyss-Coray,Eckart Meese,Tobias Fehlmann,Nicole Ludwig +16 more
TL;DR: The human miRNA Tissue Atlas as mentioned in this paper provides an updated resource containing sequencing data of 188 tissue samples comprising 21 organ types retrieved from six humans and 58 samples from six tissues of the Tabula Muris collection, allowing to check if the tissue specificity is evolutionary conserved between Homo sapiens and Mus musculus.
Journal ArticleDOI
Channelling carbon flux through the meta-cleavage route for improved poly(3-hydroxyalkanoate) production from benzoate and lignin-based aromatics in Pseudomonas putida H
José Manuel Borrero-de Acuña,Izabook Gutierrez-Urrutia,Izabook Gutierrez-Urrutia,Cristian Hidalgo-Dumont,Carla Aravena-Carrasco,Matias Orellana-Saez,Nestor Palominos-Gonzalez,Jozef B J H van Duuren,Viktoria Wagner,Lars Gläser,Judith Becker,Michael Kohlstedt,Flavia C. Zacconi,Christoph Wittmann,Ignacio Poblete-Castro +14 more
TL;DR: The balancing of carbon flux between the parallel catechol‐degrading routes emerges as an important strategy to prevent intermediate accumulation and elevate mcl‐PHA production in P. putida H and, as shown, sets the next level to derive this sustainable biopolymer from lignin hydrolysates and aromatics.
Journal ArticleDOI
Integrated microRNA and mRNA Expression Profiling Identifies Novel Targets and Networks Associated with Ebstein's Anomaly.
Masood Abu-Halima,Viktoria Wagner,Lea Simone Becker,Basim M. Ayesh,Mohammed Abd El-Rahman,Ulrike Fischer,Eckart Meese,Hashim Abdul-Khaliq +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors performed an integrated analysis to identify the differentially abundant miRNAs and mRNA targets and identify the potential therapeutic targets that might be involved in the mechanisms underlying Ebstein's anomaly (EA).
Journal ArticleDOI
MicroRNA-126-3p/5p and Aortic Stiffness in Patients with Turner Syndrome
Masood Abu-Halima,Felix Sebastian Oberhoffer,Viktoria Wagner,M.Y. Abd El Rahman,Anna-Maria Jung,Michael Zemlin,Tilman R. Rohrer,Eckart Meese,Hashim Abdul-Khaliq +8 more
TL;DR: Whether the circulating miR-126-3p/5p are involved in the pathophysiology of vascular dysfunction in Turner Syndrome is investigated to identify whether they are linked with aortic deformation and arterial distensibility.
