Journal ArticleDOI
Peptide libraries: determination of relative reaction rates of protected amino acids in competitive couplings.
TL;DR: The influence of the resin‐bound amino acid on the relative reaction rates of incoming amino acids was investigated in the current study and offered a significant advantage over the previous method since, theoretically, equimolar peptide libraries could be synthesized.
Journal ArticleDOI

Journal ArticleDOI
Solid phase synthesis of styrylquinazolinones
TL;DR: In this article, solid phase synthesis of styrylquinazolinones is described, starting from resin-bound amino acids, and employing alkylation, acylation, and condensation reactions.
