The thiazole nucleus structure is essential unit in biologically important molecules, and various pharmaceutically active thiazole analogs have been conveyed., The versatility of thiazole unit demonstrated via the fact which it is an important part from penicillin corebesides some of its products that have appeared antibacterial (sulfazole), antifungal (abafungin), antihistaminic. The scope of this paper is synthesis of series new thiazole-amide derivatives via numerous types of reactions like (azotation reaction, coupling reaction, substitution reaction,...).Thiazole derivatives were confirmed via many spectral techniques (FT.IR,H.NMR,C.NMR)–spectrophotometric, other chemical characterization, with evaluation of formatted compounds as antifungal compounds.

Thiazole Amide Derivatives (Synthesis, Spectral Investigation, Chemical Properties, Antifungal Assay)

Cancer tumors cause not few deaths among the total deaths in the world, despite the great progress in the treatment of cancer, so it has become necessary to understand the molecular explanations that contribute to the development and progress of cancer and to search for more effective and less toxic treatments to treat this disease.The work included the innovation and development of the drug trimethoprim by linking it with the innovative compound sulfazane and creation of several derivatives of sulfazane –trimethoprim for the first time then studying the behavior and impact of innovative compounds on vital activities as anti-cancer tumors by following an innovative procedures of preparation for sulfazane compounds ,then linking them with several chemical reactions with the drug trimethoprim to develop its effectiveness and efficiency. Several spectral techniques were used to diagnose and demonstrate the formation of innovative derivatives (sulfazanetrimethoprem) thereof (FT.IR Spectra ,H.NMR – Spectra , HMBCSpectrum ,Mass Spectra), chemical properties, Flowing through TLC ,in addition to laboratory study of cancerous tumors. The results indicated to formation of these drug derivatives by appearance of new bands and disappearance of bands in starting compounds., besides to conclusions from our paper that gave good data for inhibition efficiency for these drug derivatives against cancer cells.

Development of Trimethoprim Drug and Innovation of Sulfazane-Trimethoprim Derivatives as Anticancer Agents

In this paper, the novel component were synthesized in good yield via multi reactions like (Aldole reaction , azotation–coupling reaction, condensation reaction , substitution reaction ,cyclization reaction) by using types of conditions and multi components reactions to formation imidazole ,Thiazole ,oxazole ) derivatives with bis- triazole cycles ,imidazole and thiazole The formatted triazole compounds have been characterized through spectral and chemical techniques like (1H NMR, IR ,some of them C.NMR ) ,studying of Chromatography studying and physical properties for all Compounds.

Cyclization of Multi Components Reactions and (Preparation, Investigation, Thermal Curves)

In this work 1,2,4-Triazole and 1,3,4-Oxadiazole derivatives were synthesized from [4-(4-hydroxy-3-methyl naphthyl) diazenyl] benzoic acid [M1], which were converted to [4-(4-hydroxy-3-methyl naphthyl)diazenyl] benzoate [M2]. Benzoate derivative reacted with hydrazine afforded [M3] which cyclized by carbon disulfide to give compound [M4]. In addition, cyclization of compound [M3] was accomplished by sodium hydroxide and thiosemicarbazide to give triazole- thiol [M5]. Hybrid polymers [M6 and M7] were synthesized by grafted 1,3,4-oxadiazole [M4], and 1,2,4-triazole [M5] onto the polyvinyl chloride in the presence of pyridine and tetrahydrofuran. These compounds were characterized by the following techniques: FT-IR, and 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopies, and elemental analysis C,H,N,S. The biological activity study, IC50 value was significantly decreased in M6 (IC50=25.76 µM/ml) and M7 (IC50=21.41 µM/ml). In addition, the biological activity for final products achieved with good results.

Synthesis, Characterization and Biological activity study for new hybrid polymers by grafting 1,3,4-triazole and 1,2,4-oxadiazle moieties onto polyvinyl chloride

Cyclization reaction has been used to preparation of series heterocyclic azo-azomethine ligands through many steps, the first step: esterification of carboxylic terminal, then cyclization of ester with thiosemicarbazide, followed by second step which involved azotation of amino group of thiadiazole, the third step was reacted with di carbonyl compound, the last step involved cyclization with compounds containing di nucleophile groups to yield series azo heterocyclic-azomethine ligands. The resulting ligands were investigated bymany techniques like (1H NMR, FT.IR and UV-Visible spectra) with biological test.
