2020 Chinese guidelines for ultrasound malignancy risk stratification of thyroid nodules: the C-TIRADS.
JianQiao Zhou,LiXue Yin,Xi Wei,Sheng Zhang,YanYan Song,Baoming Luo,Jianchu Li,Linxue Qian,Li-Gang Cui,Wen Chen,Chaoyang Wen,Yu-Lan Peng,Qin Chen,Man Lu,Min Chen,Rong Wu,Wei Zhou,En-Sheng Xue,Ying-Jia Li,LiChun Yang,ChengRong Mi,RuiFang Zhang,Gang Wu,Guoqing Du,DaoZhong Huang,Weiwei Zhan,Superficial Organ,Breast Ultrasound +27 more
TL;DR: The Chinese-TIRADS that is in line with China’s national conditions and medical status was established based on literature review, expert consensus, and multicenter data provided by the Chinese Artificial Intelligence Alliance for Thyroid and Breast Ultrasound.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ultrasound-guided percutaneous laser ablation of unifocal T1N0M0 papillary thyroid microcarcinoma: Preliminary results
TL;DR: Ultrasound is a useful tool in percutaneous laser ablation (PLA) for treating papillary thyroid microcarcinoma and appears to be effective and safe for treating solitary T1N0M0 PTMC in selected patients who are ineligible for surgery.
Journal ArticleDOI
Percutaneous Laser Ablation of Unifocal Papillary Thyroid Microcarcinoma: Utility of Conventional Ultrasound and Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound in Assessing Local Therapeutic Response.
TL;DR: ConclusionsCEUS could play a crucial role in assessing the completeness of PLA for treating PTMC, and conventional ultrasound can not only guide the FNAB process but also is important in the follow-up of PTMC after PLA.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ultrasound-guided laser ablation versus surgery for solitary papillary thyroid microcarcinoma: a retrospective study
TL;DR: Compared with hemithyroidectomy with unilateral central neck dissection, ultrasound-guided LA was also a safe and effective therapy for treating solitary PTMC, and it may be considered as a treatment alternative for patients who are ineligible or refusal to undergo surgery.
Journal ArticleDOI
Hyperglycaemia after glucose loading is a major predictor of preclinical atherosclerosis in nondiabetic subjects.
Yifei Zhang,Jie Hong,Weiwei Zhan,Xiaoying Li,Weiqiong Gu,Yi-Sheng Yang,Min Xu,Guang Ning,Guang Ning +8 more
TL;DR: Whether carotid IMT is associated with the plasma glucose concentration in the fasting state, after loading with oral glucose, or with the insulin sensitivity index (ISI) in nondiabetic subjects with different levels of glucose intolerance and insulin resistance is determined.
