Journal ArticleDOI

Super enhancer inhibitors suppress MYC driven transcriptional amplification and tumor progression in osteosarcoma.

TL;DR: It is uncovered that the oncogene MYC is significantly upregulated in metastastic osteosarcoma samples, and high MYC expression is associated with poor survival and poor prognosis, and targeting the MYC/super enhancer axis represents as a promising therapeutic strategy for treatment of osteosARcoma patients.
Journal ArticleDOI

Estimating the Impact of Adherence to and Persistence with Atypical Antipsychotic Therapy on Health Care Costs and Risk of Hospitalization

TL;DR: To estimate the impact of adherence to and persistence with atypical antipsychotics on health care costs and risk of hospitalization by controlling potential sources of endogeneity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Longevity of rAAV vector and plasmid DNA in blood after intramuscular injection in nonhuman primates: implications for gene doping

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that IM injection of a conventional plasmid and rAAV vectors results in the presence of DNA that can be detected at high levels in blood before rapid elimination, and that rAAVs genomes can persist for several months in WBCs.
Journal Article

Impact of a pharmacy-based transitional care program on hospital readmissions.

TL;DR: A community pharmacy-based postdischarge TOC program can significantly reduce readmission rates at 30 and 180 days compared with usual discharge care.
Journal ArticleDOI

Development and utility of an internal threshold control (ITC) real-time PCR assay for exogenous DNA detection.

TL;DR: A Taqman PCR-based approach that incorporates an internal threshold control (ITC) has been developed and was demonstrated in a nonhuman primate model of rAAV vector mediated gene doping in vivo and in human genomic DNA spiked with plasmid DNA.
