Journal ArticleDOI
Occurrence of fungi on deteriorated old dluwang manuscripts from Indonesia.
Ariyanti Oetari,Tamara Adriani Susetyo-Salim,Wellyzar Sjamsuridzal,Edvan Arifsaputra Suherman,Michelle Monica,Roni Wongso,Reno Fitri,Dafina Ghossani Nurlaili,Dhian Chitra Ayu,Teguh Prasetia Teja +9 more
TL;DR: The results showed that fungi from the genera of Aspergillus and Penicillium were commonly found on old dluwang manuscripts.
Journal ArticleDOI
Insecticidal Activity of Ethyl Acetate Extracts from Culture Filtrates of Mangrove Fungal Endophytes
TL;DR: The potential of culture filtrate ethyl acetate extracts of mangrove fungal endophytes as a source of new potential bioactive compounds for bioinsecticide applications is highlighted.
Journal ArticleDOI
Lecanicillium and Verticillium species from Indonesia and Japan including three new species
Nampiah Sukarno,Yuko Kurihara,Muhammad Ilyas,Wibowo Mangunwardoyo,Erny Yuniarti,Wellyzar Sjamsuridzal,Ju Young Park,Rasti Saraswati,Shigeki Inaba,Yantyati Widyastuti,Katsuhiko Ando,Shigeaki Harayama +11 more
TL;DR: New species (L. indonesiacum and L. saksenae) and a new combination are proposed from the fungi isolated from epiphytic and subterranean arthropods collected in East Kalimantan.
Journal ArticleDOI
Phylogenetic positions of rust fungi parasitic on ferns: Evidence from 18S rDNA sequence analysis
TL;DR: The bootstrapped neighbor-joining tree obtained from these analyses showed that rust fungi were apparently monophyletic at high confidence level (100% bootstrap confidence) and suggested that the two fern rusts were not primitive.
