TL;DR: It is shown that influenza vaccination significantly reduced the risk of hospitalization, especially due to acute exacerbation of IHD and CHF, in patients aged 65 y and older, and the vaccine should be given primarily to patients with underlying cardiovascular disease, particularly those 65 y of age and older.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated influenza vaccination coverage rate and perceptions of people with chronic disease on vaccination in Korea and found that the vaccination rate was relatively high in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis and asthma.
