Optical Cryptanalysis Method Using Wavefront Shaping
TL;DR: This is the first time the attack strategy from the perspective of wavefront shaping can be seen, and one of the biggest advantages is that it could get an equivalent key of the cryptosystem without deducing its original keys.
Journal ArticleDOI
Security enhancement of the phase-shifting interferometry-based cryptosystem by independent random phase modulation in each exposure
TL;DR: An alternative method to enhance the security strength of the traditional PSI-based cryptosystem is proposed by substituting the fixed random phase mask (RPM) and the phase retarder in the reference arm with four independent and different RPMs (served as secret keys) in four exposures, which can correspondingly capture four intensity-only patterns.

Three-dimensional imaging method and system
TL;DR: In this paper, a three-dimensional imaging method and a system which is applicable to 3D imaging is presented. But the method comprises the following steps of: generating and projecting stripe patterns, wherein the stripe patterns form stripe images through the surface modulation of imaged objects; decomposing the stripe images into a first sine stripe image, a second sine-strip image and a De Bruign sequence stripe image; decoding the decomposed image; and carrying out threedimensional imaging through combining the image coordinates and system parameters after the image is decoded.

Surface contouring by a new type of digital moire technique
Xiang Peng,Z. Gao,S. M. Zhou +2 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a new digital moire contouring technique is proposed based on the demodulation of the generalised carrier fringe pattern using the spatial carrier phase-stepping algorithm combined with computer-generated mask to extract desired 3D surface contouring information which is encoded in the phase distribution of perturbed projection grating.
Journal ArticleDOI
Three-dimensional digital imaging based on shifted point-array encoding
Jindong Tian,Xiang Peng +1 more
TL;DR: An approach to three-dimensional (3D) imaging based on shifted point-array encoding is presented, which can be applicable for implementing 3D imaging of object surfaces with complex topology or large height discontinuities.
