3-D imaging and modeling – Part II: integration and duplication

TL;DR: A new approach for merging multiple range images to build up a complete geometric model of the objects in 3-D space is proposed, based on the segmentation of a pair of range images using the concepts of “double stitching lines”, as well as a constrained local triangulation process.

An automatic demodulation technique for a non-linear carrier fringe pattern

Xiang Peng, +2 more
- 01 Jan 1995 -
TL;DR: An automatic demodulation technique for a non-linear carrier fringe pattern is presented in this paper. But the results of practical implementation of the algorithm described with experimental image data files show good agreement with theoretical predictions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Temperature-dependent reversible and irreversible processes in Nb-doped PbZrO3 relaxor ferroelectric thin films

TL;DR: In this article, the dielectric and ferroelectric nonlinearity of Nb-doped PbZrO3 relaxor thin films was investigated by a Rayleigh type relation.
Journal ArticleDOI

A novel projector ray-model for 3D measurement in fringe projection profilometry

TL;DR: In this article, a ray-model method was proposed to parameterize the distribution of projector illumination in the measurement space instead of determining its intrinsic parameters, and a flexible calibration strategy was designed to determine each illumination ray with metric spatio-angular parameters.
Journal ArticleDOI

An improved projector calibration method for structured-light 3D measurement systems

TL;DR: This paper analyzes the special offset optical structure in commercial projectors, where a larger diameter lens is used to ensure the quality of the projected image, and the position of the principal point has been shifted, and proposes a projector calibration strategy that makes the camera's optical axis perpendicular to the target plane.
