Journal ArticleDOI

Nicotinamide as Additive for Microcrystalline and Defect Passivated Perovskite Solar Cells with 21.7% Efficiency.

TL;DR: It has been found that the NTM in the perovskite film can well passivate surface and GBs defects, control the film morphology and enhance the crystallinity via its interaction with a lone pair of electrons in nitrogen.
Journal ArticleDOI

Negligible hysteresis planar perovskite solar cells using Ga-doped SnO2 nanocrystal as electron transport layers

TL;DR: In this paper, a gallium-doped tin oxide (SnO2) nanocrystal electron-transport layer using low-temperature solution-processed method was proposed to improve the performance of planar perovskite solar cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

Excess PbI2 evolution for triple-cation based perovskite solar cells with 21.9% efficiency

TL;DR: In this paper, the relationship between enhanced device performance, excess PbI2 and its evolution in triple cation perovskite films of initial days was systematically explored, and it was found that the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of triple-cation based devices would increase with the test time extending, and the maximum efficiency is normally obtained after several days aging storage.
Journal ArticleDOI

Efficient CH3NH3PbI3-x(SeCN)x perovskite solar cells with improved crystallization and defect passivation

TL;DR: In this paper, lead-free alkali metal additive of potassium selenocyanate (KSeCN) was firstly added in precursor solution to prepare a novel perovskite of CH3NH3PbI3-x(SeCN), which is substitute for I− to enhance structure stability, simultaneously facilitate nucleation, and effectively increase crystalline grain size and passivate the defects.
Journal ArticleDOI

Crystal recombination control by using Ce doped in mesoporous TiO2 for efficient perovskite solar cells

TL;DR: In this paper, a cerium doping method was adopted in mesoporous TiO2, which was prepared via a traditional one-step hydrothermal process, to improve its electron transport properties by recombining nanocrystals and optimizing the negative flat band potential.
