Hopf bifurcation analysis of reaction–diffusion neural oscillator system with excitatory-to-inhibitory connection and time delay

TL;DR: In this article, the dynamic behaviors of coupled reaction-diffusion neural oscillator system with excitatory-to-inhibitory connection and time delay under the Neumann boundary conditions are investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Global exponential stability for a class of retarded functional differential equations with applications in neural networks

TL;DR: In this paper, the global exponential stability and asymptotic stability of retarded functional differential equations with multiple time-varying delays are studied by employing several Lyapunov functionals.
Journal ArticleDOI

PSHO-HF-PM: An Efficient Proactive Spectrum Handover Mechanism in Cognitive Radio Networks

TL;DR: An efficient proactive spectrum handover mechanism by using packet scheduling algorithm, called PSHO-HF-PM, to reduce unusable channel and effectively integrates several mechanisms (hole filling and packet migration) to reduce the bandwidth fragment and support QoS.
Journal ArticleDOI

True random number generation from mobile telephone photo based on chaotic cryptography

TL;DR: The experimental results indicate that the Arnold cat map is the fastest way to generate a random bit sequence and can be accepted on general PC and the “MASK” algorithm also performs well.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fractional-order follower observer design for tracking consensus in second-order leader multi-agent systems: Periodic sampled-based event-triggered control

TL;DR: Using the generalized Nyquist stability criterion, a necessary and sufficient condition for the observer tracking consensus of the second-order leader systems is derived and the real and imaginary parts of the eigenvalues of the augmented Laplacian matrix, and fractional-order α of observer play a vital role in reaching consensus.
