Controllable Synthesis of Web-Footed PdCu Nanosheets and Their Electrocatalytic Applications.

TL;DR: In this article , the controllable synthesis of web-footed PdCu nanosheets via a facile surfactant-free method is reported, which demonstrates a Pd-based alloy nanoarchitecture for efficient and stable electrocatalysis of both ethanal and formic acid oxidation reactions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Hierarchical defective palladium-silver alloy nanosheets for ethanol electrooxidation

TL;DR: In this work, hierarchical palladium-silver alloy nanosheets (PdAg NS) with the thickness ~7 atoms and rich atomic defects are successfully prepared, using the carbon monoxide confinement approach.
Journal ArticleDOI

Surface Nitridation of PdCu Nanosheets to Promote Charge Transfer and Suppress CO Poisoning toward Ethanol Electrooxidation

TL;DR: In this article , surface nitrided PdCu nanosheets are constructed through a facile nitrogen plasma treatment, and the obtained catalyst shows highly enhanced catalytic activity and stability toward ethanol oxidation reaction.
Journal ArticleDOI

Holey PdPb nanosheet array: An advanced catalyst for methanol electrooxidation

TL;DR: Holey PdPb nanosheet array was successfully synthesized using the CO confinement method as mentioned in this paper, and the optimized Pd8Pb array exhibits 4.8-fold higher peak current density and better stability toward methanol electrooxidation compared to the commercial Pd/C.
