Journal ArticleDOI

Enhanced performance of light-controlled conductive switching in hybrid cuprous oxide/reduced graphene oxide (Cu 2 O/rGO) nanocomposites

TL;DR: A significant enhancement of photoresponse from the light-controlled conductive switching based on Cu2O/rGO nanocomposites was experimentally demonstrated and shows promising applications in memory storage and logic circuits.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of MoS 2 /g-C 3 N 4 nanocomposites with enhanced visible-light photocatalytic activity for the removal of nitric oxide (NO).

TL;DR: A possible photocatalytic mechanism for the MoS-g-C-N-N nanocomposites with enhanced photoc atalytic activity could be ascribed to the hetero-structure of MoS and g-C3N.
Journal ArticleDOI

Highly compact CsPbBr3 perovskite thin films decorated by ZnO nanoparticles for enhanced random lasing

TL;DR: ZnO nanoparticles (NPs) can provide an effective route for CsPbBr3 nucleation during the spin-coating and annealing process, contributing to compact and smooth thin films with no obviously large voids or pinholes as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Tunable photoluminescence of water-soluble AgInZnS–graphene oxide (GO) nanocomposites and their application in-vivo bioimaging

TL;DR: The in vivo imaging experiments of mice indicated that the prepared red emitted AIZS–GO nanocomposites could be used for the cancer cell and organ of mice labeling, which shows potential applications in bioimaging and related fields such as phototherapy and imaging.
Journal ArticleDOI

Enhanced photoresponse of self-powered perovskite photodetector based on ZnO nanoparticles decorated CsPbBr3 films

TL;DR: In this article, a solution-processed photodetectors composed of all-inorganic CsPbBr3 perovskite films with ZnO nanoparticles (NPs) decoration is presented.
