FeTe 1− x Se x monolayer films: towards the realization of high-temperature connate topological superconductivity

TL;DR: In this paper, angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy studies on a series of FeTe1−xSex monolayer films grown on SrTiO3 were performed.
Journal ArticleDOI

FeTe$_{1-x}$Se$_{x}$ monolayer films: towards the realization of high-temperature connate topological superconductivity

TL;DR: In this paper, angle-resolved photo-emission spectroscopy studies on a series of FeTe$1-x}$Se$x} $ monolayer films grown on SrTiO$3.
Journal Article

Enhanced superconductivity accompanying a Lifshitz transition in electron-doped FeSe monolayer

TL;DR: A 15 K jump of Tc is reported accompanying a second Lifshitz transition characterized by the emergence of an electron pocket at the Brillouin zone centre, which is triggered by high-electron doping following in situ deposition of potassium on FeSe/STO monolayer films.
Journal ArticleDOI

High-Quality FeTe 1-x Se x Monolayer Films on SrTiO 3 (001) Substrates Grown by Molecular Beam Epitaxy

TL;DR: In this paper, the growth process of FeTe 1−x Sex ( ) monolayer films on SrTiO 3 (STO) substrates through molecular beam epitaxy and discuss the possible ways to improve the film quality.
