Lissajous Scanning Fiber-optic Nonlinear Endomicroscope with Precise Position Calibration
TL;DR: Using an acousto-optic modulator that froze beam positions on frames captured by an ordinary CCD camera, this paper was able to calibrate the Lissajous scanning pattern on a fiberoptic nonlinear endomicroscope quickly and precisely.
Proceedings Article
Imaging water absorption wrth spectroscopie optical coherence tomography
Ingmar Hartl,C. Chudoba,Tony H. Ko,Xingde Li,James G. Fujimoto,Mark E. Brezinski,Robert S. Windeler +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, an extension of this method to broadband spectroscopically resolved OCT imaging is presented, using an air-silica microstructure fiber as light source in the spectral region between 1.2 /spl mu/m and 1.5 /spl µ/m with an axial resolution of 2.5 µm at 1.3 µm center wavelength.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Flexible Scanning MicroEndoscope for Two-photon Fluorescence and SHG Imaging
Xiaoli Li,Yuxin Leng,Daniel J. MacDonald,Danling Wang,Michael J. Cobb,Adelaide Warsen,Xingde Li +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, an all-fiber-optic approach for beam delivery, collection, scanning and dispersion management in a micro-endoscope for nonlinear optical imaging is presented.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Functional assessment of cutaneous wound healing using spectral-domain optical doppler tomography
TL;DR: In this paper, spectral-domain optical coherence tomography was used to monitor blood flow in and around the wound bed during the cutaneous wound healing process in a mouse model.
