Experimental research into the effect of gas pressure, particle size and nozzle area on initial gas-release energy during gas desorption

TL;DR: In this paper, an instrument for initial expansion energy of released gas (IEERG) measurement was developed and compared with previous setups, the new one which is equipped with three convergent nozzles and quick release mechanism gets improved in data acquisition and gas sealing and releasing performance.
Journal ArticleDOI

A new test method and system for the circumferential deformation of cylindrical standard specimens in geotechnical mechanics and its application

TL;DR: In this article, a new test method and system was proposed for circumferential deformation of cylindrical standard specimens, which can be used in gas-solid coupling, triaxial loading and other loading environments.

Simulation test system and test method for coal stratum gas dynamic permeability improvement seepage and displacement

TL;DR: In this paper, a simulation test system and a test method for coal stratum gas dynamic permeability improvement seepage and displacement, which comprise a fluid injection system, a model sealing loading system, and a data acquisition, processing and control system.

Rock triaxial mechanical permeability characteristic tester and testing method

TL;DR: In this article, a coal-rock triaxial mechanical permeability characteristic tester and testing method is presented, which consists of a gas filling and collecting module, a coal rock triaxially mechanical pH test piece, a hydraulic loading module and a gas flow acquiring module.

Investigation into the gas adsorption-loading coupling damage constitutive model of coal rock

TL;DR: Based on the principle of strain equivalence and considering the coupling effect of gas adsorption and stress loading, an ad-loading coupling damage model is established which breaks through the bottleneck of only considering a single influencing factor as mentioned in this paper.
