Site-Specific Growth of Au–Pd Alloy Horns on Au Nanorods: A Platform for Highly Sensitive Monitoring of Catalytic Reactions by Surface Enhancement Raman Spectroscopy
TL;DR: A novel Au-Pd bimetallic nanostructure (HIF-AuNR@AuPd) is synthesized through site-specific epitaxial growth of Au- Pd alloy horns as catalytic sites at the ends of Au nanorods, offering both higher catalytic activity and greater detection sensitivity.
Journal ArticleDOI
Novel porous carbon materials with ultrahigh nitrogen contents for selective CO2 capture
TL;DR: In this paper, a tri-continuous mesoporous silica IBN-9 as a hard template was used to obtain a high nitrogen doping concentration and a large surface area arising from micropores.
Journal ArticleDOI
Solution-processed inorganic copper( i ) thiocyanate (CuSCN) hole transporting layers for efficient p–i–n perovskite solar cells
TL;DR: In this article, a solution-processed copper(I) thiocyanate (CuSCN) bottom hole transporting layer (HTL) is proposed as a low cost replacement to existing organic and inorganic metal oxide hole transporting materials.
Journal ArticleDOI
A photo-driven polyoxometalate complex shuttle and its homogeneous catalysis and heterogeneous separation.
TL;DR: The induced amphiphilic behavior of a surfactant-encapsulated polyoxometalate complex with photoresponsive azobenzene units on the periphery is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: In this paper, the quantum dot-derived catalysts (QDDCs) with up to 20 vol % vacancies achieved record current densities of 16, 19, and 25 mAcm−2 with high faradic efficiencies in the electrosynthesis of formate, carbon monoxide, and ethylene at low potentials of 0.2, 0.3, and 0.9 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode (RHE).
