Growth and properties of single-crystalline γ-Fe2O3 nanowires

TL;DR: By carefully controlling the reacting conditions, including atmosphere, temperature, and time, Wang et al. as discussed by the authors directly acquired the nanowires of γ-Fe2O3 from the nanowsires of α-Fe 2O3 in a reduced atmosphere.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and Physical Properties of Co3O4 Nanowires

TL;DR: By carefully controlling the reacting time, temperature, and humidity, Wang et al. as discussed by the authors have prepared Co3O4 nanowires by heating a pure cobalt foil in atmosphere.
Journal ArticleDOI

Hollow Co2P nanoflowers assembled from nanorods for ultralong cycle-life supercapacitors

TL;DR: In this article, the hollow Co2P nanoflowers (Co2P HNFs) were successfully prepared via a one-step, template-free method, and they exhibited a high specific capacitance, an outstanding rate capability, and an ultralong cycling stability.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and characterization of single-crystalline α-Fe2O3 nanoleaves

TL;DR: In this paper, a single crystalline α-Fe 2 O 3 nanoleaves were synthesized by oxygenating pure iron by carefully controlling the reacting conditions, including atmosphere, temperature, and time.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetic properties of α-Fe2O3 nanowires

TL;DR: In this paper, the basic magnetic properties of α-Fe 2 O 3 nanowires synthesized by oxygenating pure iron are reported, where the blocking temperature of the nanowire is 120 K and the magnetic behavior below 50 K shows a further freezing of magnetic moments.
