Journal ArticleDOI
Sr(Mg3Ge)N4 and Sr(Mg2Ga2)N4: New isostructural Mg-containing quaternary nitrides with nitridometallate anions of [(Mg3Ge)N4]2−∞3 and [(Mg2Ga2)N4]2−∞3 in a 3D-network structure
TL;DR: In this article, two new isostructural Mg-containing quaternary nitrides were obtained as single crystals from their constituent elements in molten Na, and the two compounds are isoelectronic, with two Ga3+ in Sr(Mg2Ga2)N4 replaced by one Mg2+ and one Ge4+ in Sg3GeN4.
Journal ArticleDOI
Transport properties of undoped and Br-doped PbTe sintered at high temperature and pressure> 4.0 GPa
TL;DR: In this article, the thermoelectric properties of nominally undoped PbTe and Br doped pbTe materials sintered at high pressure and high temperature (HPHT) have been studied.
Journal ArticleDOI
Reinvestigation of trilithium phosphide, Li3P
Yongkwan Dong,Francis J. DiSalvo +1 more
TL;DR: The crystal structure of Li3P has been investigated and confirmed by single-crystal data as discussed by the authors, and the structure is built of Li+ and P3− ions stacked in two kinds of layers perpendicular to the c axis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and single crystal structures of ternary phosphides Li4SrP2 and AAeP (A=Li, Na; Ae=Sr, Ba)
Yongkwan Dong,Francis J. DiSalvo +1 more
TL;DR: LiSrP and LiBaP have been synthesized and characterized using single crystal X-ray diffraction studies as mentioned in this paper, and they can be described as Li3P derivatives.
Journal ArticleDOI
Reinvestigation of Na3P based on single‐crystal data
Yongkwan Dong,Francis J. DiSalvo +1 more
TL;DR: The structure of trisodium phosphide, Na3P, known from X-ray powder diffraction data, has been refined based on single-crystal data as discussed by the authors.
