Journal ArticleDOI

Overcoming Short-Circuit in Lead-Free CH3NH3SnI3 Perovskite Solar Cells via Kinetically Controlled Gas-Solid Reaction Film Fabrication Process

TL;DR: It is shown that the solid SnI2 substrate temperature is the key parameter in achieving perovskite films with high surface coverage and excellent uniformity and facilitates the path to more successful Sn-perovskites photovoltaic research.
Journal ArticleDOI

Benzo[b]phosphole sulfides. Highly electron-transporting and thermally stable molecular materials for organic semiconductor devices

TL;DR: In this article, a benzo[b]phosphole sulfide derivative DBPSB was found to function as a new class of n-type amorphous organic material, which features high electron drift mobility and high thermal stability.
Journal ArticleDOI

Modular synthesis of benzo[b]phosphole derivatives via BuLi-mediated cyclization of (o-alkynylphenyl)phosphine.

TL;DR: Treatment of an (o-alkynylphenyl)phosphine with a stoichiometric amount of BuLi effects a cyclization reaction to produce a 3-lithiobenzo[b]phosphole, which affords a variety of 3-substituted benzophospholes upon reaction with electrophiles.
