Solvothermal Synthesis of Ultrathin Cesium Lead Halide Perovskite Nanoplatelets with Tunable Lateral Sizes and Their Reversible Transformation into Cs4PbBr6 Nanocrystals
Wei Zhai,Jing Lin,Qiaoling Li,Kun Zheng,Yang Huang,Yuanzhao Yao,Xin He,Lanlan Li,Chao Yu,Chang Liu,Yi Fang,Zhenya Liu,Chengchun Tang +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an effective solvothermal method for the controllable synthesis of CsPbBr3 nanoplatelets (NPLs) and their transformation to Cs4PbBR6 NCs is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Scroll-like Alloyed CdSxSe1–x Nanoplatelets: Facile Synthesis and Detailed Analysis of Tunable Optical Properties
Natalia N. Schlenskaya,Yuanzhao Yao,Takaaki Mano,Takashi Kuroda,Alexey V. Garshev,V. F. Kozlovskii,Alexander Gaskov,Roman B. Vasiliev,Kazuaki Sakoda +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a colloidal quasi-two-dimensional CdSxSe1-x nanoplatelets with a thickness of five monolayers and average lateral dimensions of 100 nm over the whole composition range (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) were synthesized by using a mixture of chalcogenide precursors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Spontaneous Folding of CdTe Nanosheets Induced by Ligand Exchange
Roman B. Vasiliev,Elizabeth P. Lazareva,Daria A. Karlova,Alexey V. Garshev,Yuanzhao Yao,Takashi Kuroda,Alexander Gaskov,Kazuaki Sakoda +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors reported an effect of spontaneous folding of quasi-2D CdTe nanosheets stimulated by ligand exchange, and they showed that initially flat 2D semiconductors with 100-200 nm lateral size and 5-6 ML thickness are uniformly rolled up when oleic acid is replaced by thiol-containing ligands.
Journal ArticleDOI
High-energy exciton transitions in quasi-two-dimensional cadmium chalcogenide nanoplatelets
Roman B. Vasiliev,Alexander I. Lebedev,Elizabeth P. Lazareva,Natalia N. Shlenskaya,V.B. Zaytsev,Alexei G. Vitukhnovsky,Alexei G. Vitukhnovsky,Yuanzhao Yao,Kazuaki Sakoda +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an experimental evidence for high-energy series of exciton transitions, which originates from BZ points different from the \ensuremath{\Gamma} point, in the family of Cadmium chalcogenide quasi-two-dimensional (2D) nanoplatelets (NPLs).
Journal ArticleDOI
Exciton states of CdTe tetrapod-shaped nanocrystals
TL;DR: In this article, the authors theoretically analyzed the excitons of CdTe tetrapod-shaped nanocrystals and showed that the lowest exciton state is an optically active A1 exciton.
