Journal ArticleDOI
Perovskite-based solar cells: impact of morphology and device architecture on device performance
TL;DR: In this paper, a comparison of the material selection for various layers as well as their corresponding impact on the perovskite film and device behavior in both device architectures is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Efficient Room-Temperature Phosphorescence from Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Perovskites by Molecular Engineering.
Hongwei Hu,Fabian Meier,Daming Zhao,Yuichiro Abe,Yang Gao,Bingbing Chen,Teddy Salim,Elbert E. M. Chia,Xianfeng Qiao,Carsten Deibel,Yeng Ming Lam +10 more
TL;DR: Efficient room-temperature phosphorescence is demonstrated in hybrid perovskites that originates from the triplet states of the organic cations, opening a new dimension to the further development of perovSKite emitters with novel functional organic cATIONS for versatile display applications.
Journal ArticleDOI
Crystal structures and emitting properties of trifluoromethylaminoquinoline derivatives: Thermal single-crystal-to-single-crystal transformation of polymorphic crystals that emit different colors
TL;DR: By following the color changes in heating at the temperature below the melting point withX-ray diffraction measurements and X-ray crystallography, the single-crystal-to-single-crystals transformations from crystal GB to YG for 2 and from crystal B to G for 3 were revealed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Polymorphic equilibrium responsive thermal and mechanical stimuli in light-emitting crystals of N -methylaminonaphthyridine
TL;DR: Crystal polymorphs of 1,8-naphthyridine derivative, being anti and syn conformers, show a reversible transformation from anti to syn by heating and from syn to anti by grinding with the alteration of emittance intensity, and notably, thermal transformation fromAnti to syn conformer took place in single-crystal-to-single-crystals (SC- to-SC) form.
Journal ArticleDOI
Crystal Structures, Thermal Properties, and Emission Behaviors of N,N-R-Phenyl-7-amino-2,4-trifluoromethylquinoline Derivatives: Supercooled Liquid-to-Crystal Transformation Induced by Mechanical Stimuli
TL;DR: In this paper, N, R-Phenyl-7-amino-2,4-trifluoromethylquinoline derivatives (R = Me (1), Et (2), isopropyl (3), and Ph (4)) were prepared as a new type of fluorophore responsive to external stimuli.
