Global Reorganization of Replication Domains During Embryonic Stem Cell Differentiation
Ichiro Hiratani,Tyrone Ryba,Mari Itoh,Tomoki Yokochi,M. Schwaiger,Chia-Wei Chang,Yung Lyou,Tim M. Townes,Dirk Schübeler,David M. Gilbert +9 more
TL;DR: It is concluded that replication profiles are cell-type specific, and changes in these profiles reveal chromosome segments that undergo large changes in organization during differentiation, a novel characteristic of the pluripotent state.
Journal ArticleDOI
Nivolumab plus ipilimumab with or without live bacterial supplementation in metastatic renal cell carcinoma: a randomized phase 1 trial
Nazli Dizman,Luis Meza,Paulo Gustavo Bergerot,Marice B Alcantara,Tanya B. Dorff,Yung Lyou,Paul Frankel,Yujie Cui,Valerie Mira,M. Llamas,JoAnn Hsu,Zeynep Zengin,Nicholas Salgia,Sabrina Salgia,Jasnoor Malhotra,Neal Shiv Chawla,Alexander Chehrazi-Raffle,Ramya Muddasani,John D. Gillece,Laurens Reining,Jeff Trent,Motomichi Takahashi,Kentaro Oka,Seiya Higashi,Marcin Kortylewski,Sarah K. Highlander,Sumanta K. Pal +26 more
TL;DR: In this article , a bifidogenic live bacterial product (CBM588) was proposed to augment the response to checkpoint inhibitors through modulation of the gut microbiome, and the results showed that CBM588 appeared to enhance the clinical outcome in patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma treated with nivolumab-ipilimumab.
Journal ArticleDOI
Maturin is a novel protein required for differentiation during primary neurogenesis.
TL;DR: It is suggested that Maturin functions during primary neurogenesis and is required for the proneural pathway to regulate neural differentiation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Genomic and Transcriptomic Predictors of Response from Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy in Patients with Oligoprogressive Renal Cell Carcinoma.
Zeynep Zengin,Ameish Govindarajan,Nicholas Salgia,Nicolas Sayegh,Nishita Tripathi,Ramya Muddasani,Alexander Chehrazi-Raffle,M. Feng,Benjamin D. Mercier,Colton J Ladbury,C. Hao,Sabrina Salgia,Neal Shiv Chawla,Luis Meza,Jasnoor Malhotra,Nazli Dizman,JoAnn Hsu,Daniela V Castro,Regina Barragan-Carrillo,Hedyeh Ebrahimi,Errol J. Philip,M.G. Chang,Jiaming Zhang,Sara A. Byron,Yung Lyou,Tanya B. Dorff,Sumanta K. Pal,Savita Dandapani +27 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the genomic signatures of patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC) who underwent SBRT for oligoprogressive disease were identified, and the median DOT(P) and DOT(S) were 15.1 and 18.3 mo, respectively, with a median DOT (S)/DOT (P) ratio of 1.4.
Journal ArticleDOI
Perceptions of COVID-19 Vaccination in Patients with Genitourinary Cancers: A Survey Study
Daniela V Castro,Zeynep Zengin,Jasnoor Malhotra,Cristiane Decat Bergerot,Luis Meza,Nazli Dizman,Ameish Govindarajan,JoAnn Hsu,Alexander Chehrazi-Raffle,Neal Shiv Chawla,Benjamin D. Mercier,Sean W Chen,M. Feng,Sweta Prajapati,Kyle O Lee,Errol J. Philip,Tanya B. Dorff,Yung Lyou,Sumanta K. Pal +18 more
TL;DR: While vaccine-associated concerns were observed, most patients with genitourinary cancers were willing to receive the vaccine and differing strategies could be considered to enhance patient education on the utility of vaccination in the setting of cancer and beyond.
