Journal ArticleDOI

Efficient transformation and regeneration of rice small cell groups.

TL;DR: Transgenic plants have been regenerated from small cell groups of rice using a simpler, faster, and more efficient method than used previously, and those varieties that are resistant to regeneration from protoplasts are found to be susceptible to transformation and regeneration.
Journal ArticleDOI

Plantlet regeneration from protoplasts isolated from mesophyll cells of Adsuki bean (Phaseolus angularis, Wight)

TL;DR: The composition and concentration of sugars, macroelements, vitamins, and phytohormones played an important role in protoplast growth, division, callus formation and plantlet regeneration in Adsuki bean.
Journal ArticleDOI

Highly efficient transfer and stable integration of foreign DNA into partially digested rice cells using a pulsed electrophoretic drive

TL;DR: Results demonstrate that pulsed electrophoretic drive is applicable to the transfer of foreign genes into plant cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multi‐Net strategy: Accelerating physics‐informed neural networks for solving partial differential equations

TL;DR: In this article , the authors proposed a multi-network strategy to decouple the dependency of automatic differentiation among different orders of derivatives in the loss function of physics-informed neural networks.
