Design, synthesis and biological activities of echinopsine derivatives containing acylhydrazone moiety

TL;DR: Based on the broad-spectrum biological activities of echinopsine and acylhydrazones, a series of ECHS derivatives were designed, synthesized and their biological activities were evaluated for the first time as discussed by the authors .
Journal ArticleDOI

Design, Synthesis, and in Vitro Biological Evaluation of 14-Hydroxytylophorine-dichloroacetate Co-drugs as Antiproliferative Agents.

TL;DR: A co-drug of 14-hydroxytylophorine, a phenanthroindolizidine derivative with remarkable antiproliferative activity, and dichloroacetate, a known inhibitor of pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase is developed, which reverses the Warburg effect and renders tumour cells with a proliferative disadvantage.
Journal ArticleDOI

Arylboronic Acid Deborylation Deuteration via Synergistic Thiol, Lewis Base, and Photoredox Catalysis.

TL;DR: A mild method for the deborylation deuteration of arylboronic acids with D2O, mediated by the synergistic combination of a thiol, a Lewis base, and photoredox catalysis, is reported, which showed a broad substrate scope, excellent deuterium incorporation, and functional group tolerance.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and insecticidal evaluation of N‐tert‐butyl‐N′‐thio[O‐(1‐methylthioethylimino)‐N″‐methylcarbamate]‐N,N′‐diacylhydrazines

TL;DR: In this article, a series of novel N-tert-butyl-N′-thio[O-(1-methylthioethylimino)-N-methylcarbamate]-N,N-diacylhydrazines were synthesized by the reaction of chlorosulfenyl with Ntertbutyl N,N,DibenzoylHydrazine in the presence of sodium hydride.
Journal ArticleDOI

Design, synthesis, insecticidal activity, and structure-activity relationship (SAR): studies of novel triazone derivatives containing a urea bridge group based on transient receptor potential (TRP) channels

TL;DR: The bioassay results indicated that compounds containing aThiourea bridge and a thiobiurea bridge exhibited excellent insecticidal activities against bean aphid and some target compounds exhibited insecticidal Activities against lepidopteran pests.
