Journal ArticleDOI
Interface Engineering of Imidazolium Ionic Liquids toward Efficient and Stable CsPbBr3 Perovskite Solar Cells.
TL;DR: The significantly improved PCE and stability in high humidity or temperature suggest that the perovskite passivation by ILs is an effective strategy for fabricating high PCe and stability PSCs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Grain Enlargement and Defect Passivation with Melamine Additives for High Efficiency and Stable CsPbBr3 Perovskite Solar Cells.
Jingwei Zhu,Benlin He,Zekun Gong,Yang Ding,Wenyu Zhang,Xueke Li,Zhihao Zong,Haiyan Chen,Qunwei Tang +8 more
TL;DR: The high-quality CsPbBr3 perovskite film with lower grain boundaries as well as defect densities and better energy level matching is fabricated by multi-step liquid phase spin-coating technology, which greatly suppresses the non-radiative recombination resulted from the defects and promotes the charge extraction at the interface.
Journal ArticleDOI
Improved charge extraction through interface engineering for 10.12% efficiency and stable CsPbBr3 perovskite solar cells
Jingwei Zhu,Mixue Tang,Benlin He,Wenyu Zhang,Xueke Li,Zekun Gong,Haiyan Chen,Yanyan Duan,Qunwei Tang +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an innovative interface engineering strategy has been proposed to modify TiO2 as well as the perovskite film simultaneously by introducing ammonium chloride (AC), which not only improves the contact and energy level matching at the TiO 2/perovsite interface but also provides a high-quality perov-scite film with larger grain size by regulating the crystallization kinetics of CsPbBr3.
Journal ArticleDOI
Enhanced charge extraction in carbon-based all-inorganic CsPbBr3 perovskite solar cells by dual-function interface engineering
Guodong Su,Benlin He,Zekun Gong,Yang Ding,Jialong Duan,Yuanyuan Zhao,Haiyan Chen,Qunwei Tang +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors employed an intermediate energy level at CsPbBr3/carbon interface and applied passivation on the perovskite layer to enhance the performance of PSCs.
