TL;DR: The lowest antioxidant properties were shown by aqueous extract of M. neglecta, and the highest DPPH radical scavenging activity, reducing power and the amount of phenolic compounds were showed by R. pimpinellifolia.

Relationship Between Chemical Structure and Antioxidant Activity of Luteolin and Its Glycosides Isolated from T . sipyleus subsp. sipyleus var. sipyleus

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used spectroscopic methods to identify the aerial parts of Thymus sipyleus subsp. sipylus var. sipylesus and identified four flavonoids (luteolin, luteolin 7-O-(6”-feruloyl)-β-glucopyranoside, lutesolic acid, rosmarinic acid, and luteolins 5-O-β-gucuronide) for lipid peroxidation inhibition.
