A novel deep learning method for query task execution time prediction in graph database

TL;DR: A novel deep learning method based on the long short-term memory (LSTM) is proposed that can predict the execution time in advance before executing a query task in graph database and can achieve the state-of-the-art prediction performance for query task execution time.
Journal ArticleDOI

LPG-model: A novel model for throughput prediction in stream processing, using a light gradient boosting machine, incremental principal component analysis, and deep gated recurrent unit network

TL;DR: The experimental results from four open-source benchmarks illustrate that the LPG-model is more accurate and efficient than state-of-the-art algorithms or networks, under the prequential test-then-train protocol, and proves the effectiveness of the LGas-model in throughput prediction scenarios for stream processing tasks.
Journal ArticleDOI

Throughput prediction based on ExtraTree for stream processing tasks

TL;DR: A novel throughput prediction method based on ExtraTree for SPTs is presented to address the challenges faced in real-time processing scenarios with low latency and high throughput.
