Journal ArticleDOI

Structure-based de novo design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of the indole-based PPARgamma ligands (I).

TL;DR: MCSS and LeapFrog, two de novo drug design programs, were used for the novel indole-based PPARgamma ligands' study, and two molecules possessed potent PPargamma protein binding activity close to rosiglitazone in vitro.
Journal ArticleDOI

Towards discovering dual functional inhibitors against both wild type and K103N mutant HIV-1 reverse transcriptases: molecular docking and QSAR studies on 4,1-benzoxazepinone analogues.

TL;DR: To find useful information for discovering dual functional inhibitors against both wild type (WT) and K103N mutant reverse transcriptases (RTs) of HIV-1, molecular docking and 3D-QSAR approaches were applied to a set of 4,1-benzoxazepinone analogues of efavirenz, finding two potent inhibitors from the compound database SPECS.

Method for predicting compound carcinogenic toxicity based on complex sampling and improved decision forest algorithm

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a method for predicting compound carcinogenic toxicity based on complex sampling and an improved decision forest algorithm, which has favorable application prospect in high throughput virtual selection and calculating the carcinogen toxicity evaluation.
