TL;DR: The results show that the method can significantly decrease the errors of government bond pricing and is better than the foreign traditional method for dealing with heteroscedasticity of term structure model and is more suitable to the authors' national fact.
Abstract: Exponential splines are introduced based on the definition of the spline bases. Exponential splines model of this paper and that of Martellini and Priaulet are proved to be the same in theory. Based on the Chinese treasury market's characteristic and oversea methods for estimating term structure of interest rates, heteroscedasticity of term structure model of interest rates is discussed and a new method for dealing with heteroscedasticity of term structure model, namely confirming a certain bond's size of variance according to its trading volume of the market is offered. Empirical research and comparison of this model with others are carried out using the data of Chinese treasury market. The results show that the method can significantly decrease the errors of government bond pricing. The new method is better than the foreign traditional method for dealing with heteroscedasticity of term structure model and is more suitable to our national fact.

Several sufficient conditions are given, and the obtained conditions possess important significance in both theories and applications.

Abstract: The traditional method of unit root test has been discussed and the method of unit root test under non-linear adjustment, exponential smooth transition autoregressive, has been introduced. Based on Chinese interbank repo rates, empirical tests are made: Nonlinearities of interest rates and their spreads have been tested, and unit root tests are paid to the level, the first difference and the spread of interest rates based on the traditional method and the exponential smooth transition autoregressive method respectively. The results show: There are remarkable non-linear adjustment characteristics in the Chinese interbank repo rates spread. After considering non-linear adjustment, daily rates and monthly rates are co integrated with the vector (-l,l)',and the long-run equilibrium relationship between them is stable. The results provide strong evidence against the unit root of the yield spread between daily interest rates and monthly interest rates. The findings show that the term structure of interest rates is stable with nonlinear adjustment.

TL;DR: In this article, a business process reengineering based on information system which integrated into forward supply chain is proposed in the paint manufacturers for better control and management of these return activities, for better return activities.
Abstract: Reverse logistics activities in paint manufacturer mainly are products returns. Manufacturers can redistribute these returns directly at a discount or reuse their materials and packaging. Paint manufacturer is inclined to reduce returns which always bring negative effect. Good forward supply chain management can decrease return in some extent. These measures including: products returns' measuring, relative restricted returns policies, formalization of reverse logistics programs and closed supply chain management information system etc. For better control and management of these return activities, business process reengineering based on information system which integrated into forward supply chain is proposed in the paint manufacturers. A case of the paint manufacturers is analyzed here as an example to show the fore-and-aft business process change.

Abstract: In the system of laser diode temperature control, thermoelectric cooler can heat or cool by changing driver current direction. The linear driver circuit has lower efficiency and precision, and exits dead-zone problem commonly. The paper introduces a TEC modules MAX1968. It is high-efficiency, switch-mode driver. Direct current control and bipolar operation allows for temperature control without “dead zone”. The system temperature stability of 0.01℃can be achieved with carefully selected external components.

Abstract: In this paper,OpenGL and VC++ 6.0 are applied with fractal geometry to protract three-dimensional fractal mountains.Firstly,the geometry models are built by the fractal geometry theory.Secondly,the corresponding algorithms are designed to gain the geometry data of these objects according to fractal interpolation algorithm theory so as to protract the graphics of mountains and cloud.Finally,graphics disposal and render functions of OpenGL are used to deal with the aspects of their color,illumination and texture.Consequently,three-dimensional simulation fractal mountains are obtained.

Abstract: Digital signature has been a basal means of identity authentication in era of network information.To improve the security of the digital signature schemes based on zero-knowledge proof technology,the problem of signature forgery by the signer in digital signature schemes based on the zero-knowledge concept is studied,the potential problem of these schemes are analyzed,a modified scheme for obtaining against such forgery without any increase of computation complexity is proposed,the feasibility,security and computation complexity of the modified scheme is concretely analyzed.

Abstract: Under the conditions of the stock with or without dividends within the effective period,the problem of exchange option pricing with time-dependent parameters are discussed by using the approach of insurance actuarial pricing and the martingale method respectively.The Black-Scholes option pricing formulas with constant parameters are given as a special example.The relation between the two pricing methods is analyzed.It is thought that insurance actuarial pricing leads to arbitrage under general conditions.

Abstract: In decentralized policy, lot sizing models with backlogging (LSP-B) tend to neglect the effects of market on production. In this paper, pricing is introduced into general LSP-B and by coordinating pricing and LSP-B, the rational price can be set such that the firm's profit is maximized. Demand is a deterministic function of price. It is primarily concerned that the same selling price on a product is maintained throughout horizon. An exact algorithm is developed to solve joint fixed pricing and LSP-B in polynomial time. The algorithm is based on alternate decisions on pricing and production. By restarting the alternate decisions repeatedly, the optimal pricing and corresponding production plan can be solved recursively. Results show that the joint policy may contribute more profit to the firm than the decentralized policy.
