Abstract: Stiff ordinary differential equation results in certain system models in which both alow and fast dynamic phenomena are present. The singular perturbation theory ( SPT) was extensively used to study a certain class of stiff systems, in which some ‘ parasitic ’ elements are present. This paper makes use of the advantage of the single term Walsh series method which is A-stable, to optimize this class of systems. A numerical example is considered and the gains are compared with actual vulues.

TL;DR: Ruthenium carbonyl clusters have been synthesized and characterised by elemental analysis,nmr(1H and31P), mass and infrared spectral measurements in this paper, and structures have been proposed on the basis of the spectroscopic data.
Abstract: Ruthenium carbonyl clusters, [Ru3(CO)9(μ 3-AsC6H5)2], [Ru4(CO)13 (μ 3-AsC6H5)2] and [Ru2(CO)6 (μ 2-P(C6H5)2)2] have been synthesised and characterised by elemental analysis,nmr(1H and31P), mass and infrared spectral measurements. Structures have been proposed on the basis of the spectroscopic data.
