TL;DR: The Critical Care Asia federated registry platform enables ICUs to collect clinical, outcome and process data for aggregate and unit-level analysis as discussed by the authors , and the evaluation used the standardised criteria of the Directory of Clinical Databases (DoCDat) and a framework for data quality assurance in medical registries.
Abstract: Background: The value of medical registries strongly depends on the quality of the data collected. This must be objectively measured before large clinical databases can be promoted for observational research, quality improvement, and clinical trials. We aimed to evaluate the quality of a multinational intensive care unit (ICU) network of registries of critically ill patients established in seven Asian low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Methods: The Critical Care Asia federated registry platform enables ICUs to collect clinical, outcome and process data for aggregate and unit-level analysis. The evaluation used the standardised criteria of the Directory of Clinical Databases (DoCDat) and a framework for data quality assurance in medical registries. Six reviewers assessed structure, coverage, reliability and validity of the ICU registry data. Case mix and process measures on patient episodes from June to December 2020 were analysed. Results: Data on 20,507 consecutive patient episodes from 97 ICUs in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan and Vietnam were included. The quality level achieved according to the ten prespecified DoCDat criteria was high (average score 3.4 out of 4) as was the structural and organizational performance -- comparable to ICU registries in high-income countries. Identified strengths were types of variables included, reliability of coding, data completeness and validation. Potential improvements included extension of national coverage, optimization of recruitment completeness validation in all centers and the use of interobserver reliability checks. Conclusions: The Critical Care Asia platform evaluates well using standardised frameworks for data quality and equally to registries in resource-rich settings.

TL;DR: In this paper, the role of data mining techniques in bioinformatics is discussed, where data mining can be used to find critical affiliations, chained instances and bioINformatics intellectual database information.
Abstract: Data mining is a persuasive method that can be applied to bioinformatics research. The study of biological information such as protein, DNA and RNA is known as bioinformatics. Data mining errands/procedures include characterizations, aspiration, bunching, correlation, irregularity acknowledgement, backslide and case taking after. Data mining can be used to find critical affiliations, chained instances and bioinformatics intellectual database information. Apart from exceptional enunciation, qualitative analysis of co-disease, detailed patient detecting identification and protein structure specification and drug transparency, the social event of expense and protein configuration is more than one traditional repetitive representation that has listed data mining as an affordable approach for bioinformatics. In this paper, we are presenting the role of data mining techniques in Bioinformatics.

TL;DR: Different medical roles along with life style modification helpful in this regard for managing chest pain with different clinical features as mentioned in this paper . But lack of precautions and awareness it would be life threatening situation unless treatment module is activated.
Abstract: Chest pain with/without etiologies are common phenomenon in day to day life .Like indigestion, dyspepsia and heartburn, people of third world country frequently suffer from these symptoms. Though it is not uncommon, lack of precautions and awareness it would be life threatening situation unless treatment module is activated. Different medical roles along with life style modification helpful in this regard for managing chest pain with different clinical features.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors discuss and highlight the evidence that support the benefits, limitations, and cost effectiveness of structured education in diabetes management, highlighting the benefits and limitations of such programs.
Abstract: Structured Education is of detrimental importance for the management, counseling, and prevention of complications in diabetic patients. Different structured education programs exist that significantly improves the quality of life in diabetic patients as well as improves psychosocial outcomes by enhancing self-empowerment and self-motivation. Improvements have also been noted in bio-medical outcomes as a result of structured education most significantly in HbA1C, total cholesterol and frequency of hypoglycemia. In order to ensure patient satisfaction and improve outcomes related to complications, it is very important to identify and support patients whose psychosocial situations and reactions to the diagnosis may affect their ability to adjust or take adequate responsibility for self-care early in the course of the disease. In this review, we will discuss and highlight the evidence that support the benefits, limitations, and cost effectiveness of structured education in diabetes management
