TL;DR: This work proposes a multi-agent system to resolve semantic conflicts relatively to evolutive domain ontologies following databases evolution according to the dialogue between agents, taking care of scalability issues.
Abstract: The growth and variety of distributed information sources imply a need to exchange and/or to share information extracted from various and heterogeneous databases The cooperation of heterogeneous information systems requires advanced architectures able to solve conflicts coming from data heterogeneity (structural and semantic heterogeneity) To resolve semantic conflicts relatively to evolutive domain ontologies following databases evolution according to the dialogue between agents, taking care of scalability issues, we propose a multi-agent system These interaction protocols allowing ontologies evolution are currently implemented by using Java and the JADE (Java Agent DEvelopment framework) platform

TL;DR: In every national law the association of consumer and contract law is natural as mentioned in this paper, and most of the legal problems met by consumers deal with the protection of their economic interests, i. e. with the difficulties they met in contracts.
Abstract: In every national law the association of consumer and contract law is natural. Most of the academic books relating to consumer law deal mainly with contracts involving a consumer and a business. And most of the legal problems met by consumers deal with the protection of their economic interests, i. e. with the difficulties they met in contracts. In view of the fact that the European legal system considers the internal market as a policy and the law as an instrument for the attainment of the aims of the internal market, both consumer and contract law were natural fields of activity for the European legislator. The consumer is one of the major actors of the internal market, and contract is one of the principal instruments of the development of the internal market. Consumer and contract law together are therefore a more natural association in European law than may be the case in the national legal systems.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors focus on the symbolism of space and the notion of a perpercu, a symbol of the multiple states of being in the symbolic world, which is a vista on what Guenon calls the multiple state of being.
Abstract: This chapter focuses on the symbolism of space. In spite of Guenon's rejection of systematization of any kind, his doctrine of the symbolic world is so rigorous and so closely articulated that it is difficult to give a simple overview, even if he himself relished the idea of an “apercu”. The apercu provides a vista on what Guenon calls “the multiple states of being.” As soon as it broaches the fundamental dimension of space and mathematical entities, Guenon's symbolic knowledge gives rise to genuine axiomatization. In the same way as Guenon tried to reduce esoterism to a unified order, so his meditation on space hearkens back to fundamental principles corresponding to the requirements of a metaphysic that is first of all a process of thinking according to principles. It is not, however, space in general which becomes a symbol with Guenon, but its construction starting from a cruciform three-dimensional system, viewed as a coordinate system whose function it is to centre that space. This three-dimensional cross is not first and foremost a religious sign. It is a system of coordinates to which lies the entire space, and not merely Euclidean space.
