TL;DR: Nuclear magnetic resonance techniques, infrared spectrometry, electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy and X-ray analysis identified brefeldin A, a bioactive metabolite produced by a number of fungal species belonging to the genera Alternaria, Ascochyta, Penicillium, Curvularia, Cercospora and Phyllosticta, which is linked to the association between these fungi and their host plants.
Abstract: Paecilomyces sp. and Aspergillus clavatus, which were isolated from Taxus mairei and Torreya grandis from southeast China, produced toxic metabolites when grown in liquid culture. Nuclear magnetic resonance techniques, infrared spectrometry, electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy and X-ray analysis identified brefeldin A, a bioactive metabolite produced by a number of fungal species belonging to the genera Alternaria, Ascochyta, Penicillium, Curvularia, Cercospora and Phyllosticta. This is the first report of the isolation of the cytotoxin from Paecilomyces sp. and A. clavatus. The relevance of brefeldin A to the association between these fungi and their host plants is discussed.

TL;DR: The mathematical model for safe distance of approach is exported and the methods for determination of the distance of close quarter situation and the last ppportunity of steering rudder are put forward.
Abstract: According to International Regulations for Preventing Collision at Sea,on the basis of which the expert and captain explained to regulation and the experience of the navigator, applying the principle of kinematics and the knowledge of the plane analytic geometry, and also base on the information provided by RADAR and AIS (Automatic Identification System ) AIS, the mathematical model for safe distance of approach is exported in this paper Also in accordance with this basis, the methods for determination of the distance of close quarter situation and the last ppportunity of steering rudder are put forward It is a basic study and also a practical value for the formation of the decision of ship automatic avoidance collision

TL;DR: In this article, the electron transfer reaction between triplet anthraquinone-2-sulfonate and polyguanylic acid (5′) in CH3CN-H2O (97?3) has been investigated by 248 nm (KrF) laser flash photolysis.
Abstract: The electron transfer reaction between triplet anthraquinone-2-sulfonate and polyguanylic acid (5′) in CH3CN-H2O (97?3) has been investigated by 248 nm (KrF) laser flash photolysis. The transient absorption spectra and kinetics obtained from the interaction of triplet anthraquinone-2-sulfonate and poly[G] demonstrate that the primary ionic radical pair, radical ation of poly[G] and radical anion of anthraquinone-2-sulfonate have been detected simultaneously. The free energy changes in the process of the electron transfer were also calculated.

TL;DR: In this article, a thorough investigation of total and split times of 173 top distance free-stylers was conducted, and it was found that elite distance free stylers adopt "even paced" velocity distribution in their competitions.
Abstract: By a thorough investigation of total and split times of 173 top distance free-stylers,it is showed that elite distance free-stylers adopt "even paced" velocity distribution in their competitions,Compared with world elite swimmers, the Chinese distance free-stylers' swimming paces in competitions are reasonable, but their overall training level and pacing ability are lower.Based on the percentage of split times in whole course of competitions, the table of pacing percentage is made as reference for coaches and swimmers.

TL;DR: In this article, the catalytic activity of iron tetrakis(o-aminophenyl)porphyrin (Fe(III)(o-NH2)TPP), a mimetic peroxidase, in the fluorogenic reaction between p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (p-HPA) and H2O2 is significantly enhanced in the presence of DNA (or RNA) The degree of fluorescence enhancement is a measure of the nucleic acid concentration.
Abstract: Nucleic acids were determined on the basis of the finding that the catalytic activity of iron(III) tetrakis(o-aminophenyl)porphyrin (Fe(III)(o-NH2)TPP), a mimetic peroxidase, in the fluorogenic reaction between p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (p-HPA) and H2O2 is significantly enhanced in the presence of DNA (or RNA) The degree of fluorescence enhancement is a measure of the nucleic acid concentration Under optimum conditions, the calibration curves for the determination of calf thymus (CT DNA) and yeast RNA were linear over the ranges 0–2000 ng mL−1 The corresponding detection limits are 08 ng mL−1 for CT DNA and 11 ng mL−1 for yeast RNA, respectively The relative standard deviation of seven replicate measurements is 22% for 100 ng mL−1 CT DNA Interferences from some interesting co-existing substances in the determination of DNA were also examined The potential application of the method was also further proved by the determination of DNA in golden staphylococcus DNA sample

Abstract: A study was made on the technical arts of the excellent athleles at home and abroad in clean and jerk by the methodsof literature, observation and questionnaire. The results show that the key point of clean and jerk is preparatory squat. In pre-paratory squat, athletes should keep his body weight and barbell weight moving downwards vertically and then change the bra-king in preparatory squat to clean and jerk quickly. That is, athletes should deal with the connections of preparatory squat, braking and jerking of power in clean and jerk properly Braking is the middle link of preparatory squat and jerking of power. Itis to connect them. In braking, athletes should change from the concession of preparatory squat to the restraint in jerking ofpower, which is the important point of successful clean and jerk.
