TL;DR: A traffic simulation analysis based on floating car data and a noise emission assessment to show the impact of mobility restriction for COVID-19 containment on urban vehicular traffic and road noise pollution on the road network of Rome is presented in this paper.
Abstract: This study presents the result of a traffic simulation analysis based on Floating Car Data and a noise emission assessment to show the impact of mobility restriction for COVID-19 containment on urban vehicular traffic and road noise pollution on the road network of Rome, Italy The adoption of strong and severe measures to contain the spreading of Coronavirus during March-April 2020 generated a significant reduction in private vehicle trips in the city of Rome (-646% during the lockdown) Traffic volumes, obtained through a simulation approach, were used as input parameters for a noise emission assessment conducted using the CNOSSOS-EU method, and an overall noise emissions reduction on the entire road network was found, even if its extent varied between road types

TL;DR: The results of the simulated scenarios to design public transport services, able to ensure passengers social distancing required in the first post-Covid months, are presented and discussed.
Abstract: This paper presents the results of a study on the Rome mobility system aiming at estimating the impacts of the progressive lockdown, imposed by the government, due to the Covid-19 pandemic as well as to support decision makers in planning the transport system for the restart towards a post-Covid "new normal" The analysis of data obtained by the transport monitoring system has been fundamental for both investigating effects of the lockdown and feeding transport models to predict the impacts on future actions At first, the paper focuses on the so-called transport analytics, by describing mobility trends for the multimodal transportation system of Rome Then, the results of the simulated scenarios to design public transport services, able to ensure passengers social distancing required in the first post-Covid months, are presented and discussed © 2020 Stefano Brinchi et al , published by Sciendo

TL;DR: Practical recommendations are made which may increase the safety of healthcare providers participating in the treatment or pathological duties with COVID-19 suspected, probable and confirmed cases.
Abstract: The outbreak caused by SARS-CoV-2 beta-coronavirus, first identified in Wuhan, China, was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization on 11th March, 2020. In Hungary, the first confirmed COVID-19 case was reported on 4th March, 2020, and on 15th March, the first fatality related to the infection was announced. At the moment of the latter event, there was no central, standardized guideline, which could explain the necessary precautions, and provide an unequivocal description on how to handle the dead body. The procedure of transportation, storage, occurent autopsy or final disposition of the deceased raise a lot of questions, especially on how to carry out these tasks. Legislation related to infectious diseases and decedent management in general do not provide enough information on how to perform duties in a COVID-19 fatality case. The chief medical officer suspended the execution of autopsies, except in cases of unnatural death, since 19th March, however, the transportation and storage of fatalities can still be a problem. The Department of Pathology of the Healthcare Professional College of the Ministry of Human capacities published a procedure on recommended post-mortem duties on 21st March, but the suggested protocols only represent a narrow spectrum of international recommendations. Therefore supplementation may be necessary. Sadly, post-mortem protocols, in spite of their importance, are also underrepresented in the international literature. A further problem, wich makes adoptability difficult, is that available foreign guidelines and algorithms are optimized for different legislation, and organisations, resources not available in our country. In this article, besides providing a summary of literature, we would also like to make practical recommendations which may increase the safety of healthcare providers participating in the treatment or pathological duties with COVID-19 suspected, probable and confirmed cases. TL;DR: The monograph is based on the results of the XVIII all-Russian conference and seminar "Integration of Russian universities into the world educational and scientific space with taking into account regional characteristics" which were dedicated to the discussion of one of the most relevant topics.
Abstract: The monograph is based on the results of the XVIII all-Russian conference and the XXVIII all-Russian school and seminar "Integration of Russian universities into the world educational and scientific space with taking into account regional characteristics" which were dedicated to the discussion of one of the most relevant topics which is reflects the current prospects and opportunities of forming an expert and analytical support system for international activities of Russian universities. The proposed materials can be useful for specialists of the Department of education system in Russia and its regions, for employees of Federal and regional authorities and management, as well as regional associations of academic mobility.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed an operator control unit for a steering wheel and a wheel having an electrical contact element provided in the housing, and having at least one actuating element mounted movably on the housing and which acts with an electrical switching action on the contact element.
Abstract: An operator control unit for a steering wheel and a steering wheel having such an operator control unit. The operating control unit having a housing which is insertable into a steering wheel spoke of the steering wheel and which has at least one housing side wall and a housing base, having an electrical contact element provided in the housing, and having at least one actuating element which is mounted movably on the housing and which acts with an electrical switching action on the contact element. In order to extend the functionality of the operator control unit but maintain the compact structural form, it is proposed that the operator control unit have a fan for a steering wheel temperature control arrangement and a flow channel which is acted on by the fan, which flow channel is formed by the housing base and has an inlet and outlet opening on the housing.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a transponder that transmits measurement values that does not have an energy source of its own, which draws energy from a radio field and that includes a novel input circuit to demodulate the high frequency.
Abstract: The invention relates to a transponder that transmits measurement values that does not have an energy source of its own, which draws energy from a radio field and that includes a novel input circuit to demodulate the high frequency. The novel circuit facilitates using the transponder for digital identification and measurement purposes respectively with a high level of efficiency. Intelligent coupling of a conventional full wave diode rectifier with an inductivity and a switching element, advantageously a MOSFET providing power for a digital circuit is facilitated as well as providing power for an analog quartz sensor, herein the power is always conducted into the path where it is required. Additionally the quartz sensor arrangement is activated or deactivated at will by precisely one switching element and an increased output voltage for the digital circuit is generated by smart modulation of the high frequency feed signal using the inductivity.
