TL;DR: In this article, a diffusion process for charge distributions in a phase space is examined, where an inner state of the charge is defined by a complex vector and the corresponding charge moves in a force field and under an action of a random field.
Abstract: A diffusion process for charge distributions in a phase space is examined. The corresponding charge moves in a force field and under an action of a random field. There are the diffusion motions for coordinates and for momenta. In our model, an inner state of the charge is defined by a complex vector. The vector rotates with a great constant angular velocity with respect to the proper time of the charge. A state of the diffusion process is a (complex-valued) wave function on the phase space. As in quantum mechanics, we assume that, for the wave functions, the superposition principle holds. The diffusion process averages out vectors of inner states from different points of the phase space. A differential equation for this diffusion process is founded and examined. We demonstrate that the motion (described by this process) decomposes into a fast motion and a slow motion. The fast motion reduces an arbitrary wave function to a function from a subspace whose elements are parameterized by complex-valued functions of coordinates. The slow motion occurs in this subspace and it is described by the Schrodinger equation. The parameters of the suggested model are estimated. The duration of the fast motion is of order 10−11 s. Introduction In [1, 2], Maslov studied the problem of describing the motion of a charge distribution on a phase space under the action of the a random field on the

TL;DR: The authors analyze the dependence of ride comfort on different suspension characteristics and proposes a mathematical model of six-wheel robot dynamics that is proposed and analyzed using the software complex Universal Mechanism.
Abstract: This paper is devoted to the controllability and dynamics of a six-wheel mobile robot designed for high-speed motion along an uneven surface. The issues of its control synthesis are also studied. Instead of the classical interpretation, the controllability is comprehended in the physical sense, i.e., as the real feasibility of controlling a moving vehicle without losing its contact with the support and its stability, without hits etc. Ride comfort is treated as sufficient minimization of vertical accelerations. The authors analyze the dependence of ride comfort on different suspension characteristics. A mathematical model of six-wheel robot dynamics is proposed and analyzed using the software complex Universal Mechanism.

TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that in the case of a zero detuning in subspaces generated by two adjacent pairs of energy levels, full revival does not exist for any values of the parameters.
Abstract: We study full revivals (e.g., the reappearance in the unitary evolution) of quantum states in the Jaynes–Cummings model with the rotating wave approximation. We prove that in the case of a zero detuning in subspaces generated by two adjacent pairs of energy levels, full revival does not exist for any values of the parameters. In contrast, the set of parameters that allows full revival is everywhere dense in the set of all parameters in the case of a nonzero detuning. The nature of these revivals differs from Rabi oscillations for a single pair of energy levels. In more complex subspaces, the presence of full revival reduces to particular cases of the tenth Hilbert problem for rational solutions of systems of nonlinear algebraic equations, which has no algorithmic solution in the general case. Non-Rabi revivals become partial revivals in the case where the rotating wave approximation is rejected.

TL;DR: In this article, a review of the problems of translating Kant's concept of Gesinnung into English can be found in the first part of this article; the second part examines the novel features that Kant brings to the interpretation of this concept in the critical period.
Abstract: The sources of Kant’s term Gesinnung and a review of the problems of its translation into English were presented in the first part of this article; the second part examines the novel features that Kant brings to the interpretation of this concept in the critical period. In the Critique of Practical Reason these include the questions of manifestation of Gesinnung in the world, apprehended through the senses, the method of establishing and the culture of truly moral Gesinnung, as well as the problem of the immutability of Gesinnung in the progress towards the good. The new theses that appear in Religion within the Bounds of Bare Reason are Gesinnung as the internal subjective principle of maxims, on virtue as evidence of the presence of Gesinnung, on act as a manifestation of Gesinnung, on the unintelligibility of Gesinnung in its noumenal, suprasensible character, on the innateness of Gesinnung in the sense that it exists not in time, but in the form of its acceptance by free expression of the will, on the singleness of Gesinnung and its indivisibility into periods, on revolution in Gesinnung as distinct from empirical reform, on the creation of the new human being as distinct from the ancient one as a result of the revolution of Gesinnung, on the link between the revolution in Gesinnung and “conversion” or second birth. After discussing the problem of distinguishing the terms Gesinnung and Denkungsart in translation as well as a review of all the existing variants of translating Kant’s concept of Gesinnung into Russian (aspiration, inclination, intention, virtue, virtuousness, conviction, attitude, mode of thinking, thoughts, mood, disposition and umonastroenie), the author comes to the conclusion that the uniform variant umonastroenie is best suited for Russian translations of Kant’s works.

TL;DR: In this paper, an analysis of the Russian pronoun eto (it, it and this) used in extraposition construction is presented, based on the observation that eto shares a number of important properties with the English it and the German es.
