Abstract: The use of the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire in the measurement of e-commerce usability has been widely carried out. However, the SUS score is not an adequate measure to express the level of user acceptance and satisfaction. Other evaluations are needed to complement the usability test, including assessments based on expert judgment. The proposed method consists of two stages, the heuristic evaluation stage, which involves expert judgment, and the SUS questionnaire stage based on user perceptions of the e-commerce website. Input from experts is expected to be able to show better the usability issues faced in using the website. Expert and user perspectives are combined to get user input in design improvements. We collect data from experts and users about their perceptions of the usability of Shoppee e-commerce websites. Most users agree that the Shopee site is excellent (grade B-). The results of the examination by the expert stated that the Shopee site was also excellent. Nine out of ten evaluation criteria scored above 72%. The most usability issue is the flexibility and efficiency of the system, especially problems in search engines.

Abstract: Karakteristik teks yang tidak terstruktur menjadi tantangan dalam ekstraksi fitur pada bidang pemrosesan teks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja dari word embedding seperti Word2Vec, GloVe dan FastText dan diklasifikasikan dengan algoritma Convolutional Neural Network. Ketiga metode ini dipilih karena dapat menangkap makna semantik, sintatik, dan urutan bahkan konteks di sekitar kata jika dibandingkan dengan feature engineering tradisional seperti Bag of Words. Proses word embedding dari metode tersebut akan dibandingkan kinerjanya pada klasifikasi berita dari dataset 20 newsgroup dan Reuters Newswire. Evaluasi kinerja diukur menggunakan F-measure. Performa terbaik menunjukkan FastText unggul dibanding dua metode word embedding lainnya dengan nilai F-Measure sebesar 0.979 untuk dataset 20 Newsgroup dan 0.715 untuk Reuters. Namun, perbedaan kinerja yang tidak begitu signifikan antar ketiga word embedding tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ketiga word embedding ini memiliki kinerja yang kompetitif. Penggunaannya sangat bergantung pada dataset yang digunakan dan permasalahan yang ingin diselesaikan. Abstract: Information credibility in social media is becoming the most important part of information sharing in the society. The literatures have shown that there is no labeling information credibility based on user competencies and their posted topics. This study increases the information credibility by adding new 17 features for Twitter and 49 features for Facebook. In the first step, we perform a labeling process based on user competencies and their posted topic to classify the users into two groups, credible and not credible users, regarding their posted topics. These approaches are evaluated over ten thousand samples of real-field data obtained from Twitter and Facebook networks using classification of Naive Bayes (NB), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression (Logit) and J48 algorithm (J48). With the proposed new features, the credibility of information provided in social media is increasing significantly indicated by better accuracy compared to the existing technique for all classifiers.

Abstract: Extensive implementation of Internet-of-Things (IoT) systems increases the needs of IoT engineers. However, some available IoT-trainer modules, which needed to equipped engineers with IoT skills, are quite expensive and exclusive for private institutions. This research proposes an IoT-trainer design that offers seven simple experiments to understand IoT concepts, which classified into three aspects: IoT devices, connectivity, and cloud or application system. All devices are available and purchasable from the market, low-price, and easy to configure: ESP8266 (NodeMCU-12E, and ESP-01), Arduino Uno, and Xbee. Moreover, the platforms that we use to tunnel a network and processing data are also open source: Ngrok, ThingSpeak, and 000webhost. By exploiting this simple, inexpensive IoT-trainer design and experimenting with those seven scenarios, learners can study the basic concept of IoT as infrastructure.

Abstract: This research used the 5G NR network planning with the frequency of 3.5 GHz simulated using the Mentum Planet 7.2.1 software with the planning method in the coverage side by employing a case study in Pulogadung industrial zone with a total area of 5 km2. This planning used the 5G NR planning method with the propagation model in accordance with the plan, that is, UMa (Urban Macro – Street canyon) model based on the standard of 3GPP TR 38.901, using 8 design scenarios for the uplink; and downlink; outdoor-to-outdoor (O2O) and outdoor-to-indoor (O2I); line of sight (LOS) and non-line of sight (NLOS) conditions. The simulation result showed that the design with the downlink scenario required more sites to fulfill the area services that the uplink scenario since influenced by the link budget parameter, that is, the value of interference margin downlink which is greater than that of the uplink margin interference; From all scenario parameters of SS-RSRP observed, scenario 1 (downlink-O2O-LOS) had the highest average SS-RSRP of -92.95 dBm and the lowest average SS-RSRP resulted from the scenario 2 (uplink-O2O-LOS) of -97.16 dBm. The average SS-RSRP value was influenced by the number of sites covering the planning areas that scenario 1 had the highest SS-RSRP parameter.

Abstract: This article aims to study and analyze the Islamic spiritual sides of the deconstruction in Kanjeng Ratu Kidul belief from the perspective of Kiai Ibnu Hajar. Kanjeng Ratu Kidul is a very popular myth among people in the southern part of Java Island. Most of them hold annual ceremonies as a way to express their request for having the blessing and being avoided from disasters. The data of this research were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observations. Derrida’s deconstruction theory was applied to analyze the spirituality aspects. There are three deconstruction processes: (1) logocentric identification; (2) internal contradiction return; (3) difference or building new construction. This research found that Kiai Ibnu Hajar’s deconstruction spirituality was performed in three stages: (1) visual identification stage, which is done through eliciting the discourse of Kanjeng Ratu Kidul by her pictures or photos; (2) returning stage, which is done through mind-verbal activities, i.e. by understanding the nature and existence of human being through religious teachings and informal chats; (3) building new concept, which is actualized through the use of new terms among the members of Jamaah Aolia Panggang Mosque.

Abstract: Petani menggunakan hasil panen untuk dijual dan memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Hal ini pula yang terjadi di desa Dukuhwulung, Kabupaten Banyumas. Mayoritas petani di Dukuhwulung sangat bergantung pada pengepul. Petani menjual hasil tani masih mengandalkan pengepul dengan harga yang sudah ditentukan oleh pengepul. Kesulitan yang dialami petani belum memiliki fasilitas dalam media transaksi secara langsung kepada konsumen agar dapat mengolah data pasokan barang dan harga sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat aplikasi e-commerce pertanian dalam melakukan penjualan hasil tani secara langsung tanpa perantara dengan menggunakan penjualan dengan sistem e-commerce . Pembangunan aplikasi ini menerapkan metode zachman framework dalam menentukan batasan-batasan bisnis logic yang akan diterapkan pada aplikasi dan menerapkan metodologi kanban untuk pembangunan aplikasi dengan proses to-do pada kanban board . Proses yang dilakukan antara lain menganalisis perancangan aplikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan owner . Metode kanban yang dilakukan antara lain, perancangan product backlog dalam menentukan kebutuhan sistem yang dibangun sesuai dengan request oleh product owner dan membentuk tim developer . Hasil yang diperoleh dari perancangan metode zachman yaitu dari pengujian usability testing didapatkan dari 20 pengguna aplikasi, 16 pengguna dapat menggunakan aplikasi dengan baik, dan 4 pengguna belum dapat menggunakan aplikasi. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa aplikasi berfungsi dengan baik.

Abstract: The government has launched a program to increase the production of catfish by using biofloc ponds. The biofloc ponds can maintain the quality of water biologically to maximize the growth of fish. However, the level of water quality monitoring is generally only divided into good or bad categories so that it cannot represent the condition of fish growth. Therefore, this study aims to get the level of water quality (0–100 %) using the Mamdani fuzzy inference system (FIS) algorithm based on pH, temperature, and dissolved oxygen (DO). The level of water quality was correlated based on catfish growth conditions. The results showed that the range of values of the water quality level for each condition of catfish growth was 100 % for normal-living fish, 83–99 % for stunted fish growth, and < 83% for threatened fish. The FIS algorithm had 89.92 % of accuracy.

Abstract: Smart vehicles is one of the innovation that can be used to increase the effectiveness of traffic in smart city as urban area and in the highway. In its development, smart vehicles not only require mobile communication services to ensure safety but also multimedia services for the passengers. These services must be integrated on intelligent transportation system. 5G vehicular network technology provides data communication services for intelligent transportation system via macrocells and smallcells to support smart vehicles which can drive at a maximum speed of 500Km/hour with multimedia services for passengers with data rates reaching the Gbps level. This paper will review 5G network architecture and emerging technologies that enabling vehicular network for smart vehicles in smart city.

Abstract: SMK merupakan salah satu intrumen penting dalam pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di Indonesia pada umumnya dan di Jawa Tengah pada khususnya. Belum adanya pengelompokan SMK berdasarkan data pokok kemendikbud di jawa tengah merupakan sebuah peluagn untuk mengembangkan arah revitalisasi SMK menjadi lebih baik dan jelas. X-means merupakan salah satu metode clustering yang dikembangkan dari metode clustering yang cukup popular, yaitu K-means. Penelitian ini menggunakan data pokok kemendikbud untuk menghitung pembagian cluster terbaik dengan menggunakan metode X-means dengan membandingkan nilai DBI X-means dengan nilai DBI K-means pada variasi ukuran cluster mulai dari empat, enam, delapan dan sepuluh cluster. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara konsisten nilai DBI terbaik ada pada ukuran cluster empat, baik menggunakan X-means ampun K-means dengan nilai DBI X-means sebesar 0,933 dan nilai DBI K-means sebesar 0,914, sedangkan nilai DBI paling besar juga konsisten pada ukuran cluster 10, sebesar 1,439 pada X-means dan 1,322 pada K-means. Berdasrkan hasil tersebut maka SMK di Jawa Tengah dapat dibagi ke dalam 4 kelompok yaitu kurang, cukup, baik, dan unggul.

Abstract: This research is expected to be an initial planning for 5G New Radio (NR) technology implementation in Indonesia and discusses 5G NR network planning based on coverage area at frequency 28 GHz in 5 km2 of Pulogadung industrial estate. Link budget was calculated based on outdoor-to-outdoor (O2O) with Line of Sight (LOS) scenario and Urban Micro (UMi) was used as propagation model standardized by 3GPP TR 38.901. The planning result was simulated using Mentum Planet ver.7.2.1 and resulted in path loss values 110.30 dB for uplink and 109.80 dB for downlink; the cell radius was 214.37 m for uplink and 202.92 m for downlink; it requires 43 sites for uplink scenario and 60 sites for downlink scenario to prepare a good network service. The simulation employed Automatic Site Placement (ASP) to determine site position regardless of the existing data. From the uplink simulation result, SS-RSRP parameter was displayed with minimum value -110.96 dBm; maximum value -68.66 dBm; and average value -99.54 dBm. The downlink simulation result shows SS-RSRP parameter with minimum value -110.96 dBm; maximum value -68.66 dBm; and average value -98.82 dBm.

Abstract: Akuaponik yang menyatukan sistem budidaya tanaman hidroponik dengan ternak ikan sangat pesat belakangan ini karena menghemat lahan yang digunakan. Sistem akuaponik yang dibahas pada paper ini menggunakan ikan lele dan tanaman kangkung sebagai kombinasi akualtur dan hidroponik dalam lingkungan yang bersifat simbiotik mutualisme. Pada pembudidayaan sistem akuaponik ini dibutuhkan perhatian yang lebih terhadap air, karena air menjadi faktor penting dalam pertumbuhan ikan dan tanaman pada akuaponik. Hal yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu kadar keasaman dan suhu air. Selama ini para pemilik akuaponik masih menggunakan cara manual dalam memonitoring kadar air. Pada penelitian ini penulis membuat solusi suatu kontrol kondisi air menggunakan sensor pH dan suhu berbasis Internet of Things yang menggunakan Arduino Uno sebagai pengontrol mikropengendali, sensor pH digunakan untuk mendeteksi kadar keasaman air, sensor suhu untuk pembacaan suhu menggunakan DS18b20, dan Wemos D1 Mini sebagai interface wifi untuk mengirim data ke firebase. Aplikasi MIT App Inventor digunakan untuk menampilkan data di smartphone pengguna. Dari hasil pengujian akurasi sensor pH air asam didapatkan rata-rata erorr sebesar 7,77%, air murni rata-rata erorr sebesar 6,97%, dan air basa rata-rata erorr sebesar 2,59%. Hasil pengujian akurasi sensor suhu air panas didapatkan rata-rata erorr sebesar 1,59%, air normal rata rata erorr 1,40%, dan suhu air panas didapatkan rata-rata erorr 1,02%. Aquaponics, which combines hydroponic cultivation systems with fish farming, is swift recently because it saves land. In this aquaponics system, catfish and kale are used to combine accumulation and hydroponics in a symbiotic mutualism environment. This aquaponics cultivation system requires more attention, such as water and temperature conditions. Water is an essential factor in the growth of fish and plants in aquaponics. Things that need to be considered are the acidity and the temperature of the water. Mostly, aquaponics owners still use manual methods to monitor water levels. In this paper, we controlled the water condition using a pH and temperature sensor. This system is based on the Internet of Things that using Arduino Uno as a microcontroller controller, a pH sensor used to detect water acidity, and a temperature sensor (DS18b20) for temperature reading, and Wemos D1 Mini as a wifi interface for sending data to Firebase, and the MIT App Inventor application as an application for display on the user's smartphone. Based on the results, the accuracy of the pH sensor for acidic water is 7.77% of error, pure water had an average error of 6.97%, and alkaline water had an average error 2.59%. The results of testing the accuracy of the hot water temperature sensor obtained an average error of 1.59%, normal water had an average error of 1.40%, and the temperature of hot water obtained an average error of 1.02%.

Abstract: This research was aiming to produce an application design based on user experience. The research target to be achieved is the design of an online queue application for examining pregnant women using the User Experience Lifecycle (UXL). This study uses four stages of UXL, namely, analysis, design, prototype, and evaluation. The analysis produces application concepts consisting of flow models, work activity affinity diagrams, design requirements, and social models. The analysis phase is derived from questionnaire data distributed to 13 respondents. The design phase aims to design a persona, sketch, and storyboard. The prototype stage was developed based on the previous stage, producing a medium-fidelity prototype. Evaluations were carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) of 11 respondents producing a value of 76.46 or B (Good). Based on this, this research successfully used UXL for application design that has exceeded the minimum standard. Therefore, it is expected that the application design based on user experience will reduce the application developers' suggestions in designing the interface before moving to the production stage of the application.

Abstract: Fire due to Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) gas leak is one of the disasters that still often occurs in the community. Community ignorance of safety standards in using LPG gas is one reason. Fires can be prevented if at the time of the LPG gas leak can be detected earlier. Therefore we need a system that can monitor the condition of gas leaks and fires remotely. Internet of things (IoT) technology can be applied to this monitoring system so that information on LPG gas leaks and fires can be monitored remotely. The Internet of Things (IoT) based LPG and Fire leak monitoring system is a concept that utilizes internet connectivity between smartphone devices connected to sensor devices. The devices used to support this system include NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller and as a liaison to the internet, MQ-6 gas sensors and flame sensors as sensors for detecting gas and fire leaks, buzzers as alarms, and fans as neutralizing gas levels in the room. Data obtained by the sensor will be uploaded to the database via the internet and can be accessed through an android application. The results of the design show that the android application can display notifications when a gas leak or fire occurs. In testing the performance of data transmission, the results show that the highest data transmission delay is 64,61 seconds, and the lowest delay time is 61,56 seconds, the highest throughput value is 747,6 bits/second, and the lowest value is 285,4 bits/second.

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic encourages almost every institution to optimize the use of information and communication technology to maintain consistency and competitive advantage. One of the efforts made by Higher education is developing and optimizing online-based learning (e-learning) models. E-learning plays an important role in the success of achieving learning objectives at Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto (ITTP), which is conducted between lecturers and students. The problem faced in optimizing e-learning system at ITTP is related to usability. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability level of the ITTP e-learning system using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. Based on the testing of questionnaire instruments using SPSS software, it was obtained the result that the questionnaire used for the study was valid, and the reliability rate was 0.758. Based on the results of system tests to 100 respondents or users, it is known that the SUS score is 55.3. The value indicates that the acceptability ranges are in the Marginal Low range. It can be seen from the adjective rating, SUS score from the ITTP e-learning system is in the CATEGORY OK and according to Curved Grade Scale (CGS) is in grade D. Based on Net Promoter Scale (NPS), the score 55.3 indicates that the ITTP e-learning system users tend to be in the Detractor category.

Abstract: The high number of deaths due to traffic accidents is still a problem for every country where Indonesia ranks third in Asia with 38,279 deaths according to the 2015 Global Status Report on Road Safety. Blackspots scattered in Indonesia has a role in contributing to the death rate, however not all blackspots are equipped with warning signs. Based on these problems then developed a prototype in the form of a device for detecting and website as the central information system of blackspots based Internet of Things. The prototype is designed using an Arduino Uno Rev 3 microcontroller equipped with a GPS module to measure vehicle speed and distance from the setpoint before arriving on blackspots, a GSM module to download blackspots data and upload speed and distance data to the database, and LED components, speakers/buzzer, OLED display to provide notification every time crossing the setpoint of blackspots. The usability testing performance measurement method is used to measure the performance of the device prototype and the black box testing method is used to validate each function of the website system. The results of this research obtained the success rate of the prototype device was 60% with the highest error rate of 19.09% at the 1500m setpoint for speed and 57.98% at 10m setpoint for the distance.

Abstract: Feature extraction plays an important role in the sentiment analysis process, especially of text data. The Naive Bayes Classifier performs well on low feature dimensions. However, the accuracy provided is not optimal. To acquire optimal machine learning model, information gain method, evolutionary algorithm, and swarm intelligent algorithm are applied. The objective of this study is to determine the performance of the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to optimize the Naive Bayes Classifier. Vectorization of words is carried out using TF-IDF. In order to produce high PSO performance, the PSO-NBC model is tested with several parameters, namely the number of particles (k = 3), setting of the number of iterations and inertia weight, individual intelligence coefficient (c1 = 1), and social intelligence coefficient (c2 = 2). Inert weight is calculated using the formulation (w = 0.5+ Rand ([- 1,1])). In conclusion, PSO is able to solve the problem space of text-based sentiment analysis. PSO is able to optimize the accuracy of Naive Bayes at a value of 89% to 91.76%. PSO performance is determined by the parameters used, especially the number of particles, the number of iterations, and the weight of inertia. A large number of particles accompanied by an increase in inertia weight can increase accuracy. The number of particles 20-30 has reached the optimal accuracy.

The distribution of logistics goods using robotic power continues to develop towards high artificial intelligence, ensuring warehouse delivery management and intelligence implementation with challenging tasks. Autonomous robots are a community of intelligent robotic systems that can be seen as prototypes. It is an intelligent management and service system of the future that can reveal some important traits of the next generation of smart robot communities. In the smart logistics industry, designing an efficient communication and management platform from logistics robots is one of the fundamental problems. This study aims to implement smart robots in assisting distribution / logistical activities by following humans in bringing goods to the intended area by following green objects.

Abstract: New Radio (NR) is the fifth generation of wireless access technology that is able to provide extreme mobile broadband, massive connectivity and low-latency communications. This study aimed to compare network planning in mid-band at 2.6 GHz and in high-band at 26 GHz which enables very large bandwidth for multi-Gigabitper-second (Gbps) data rate transmission. The network planning used Mentum Planet 7.3 based on coverage area in the form of a case study in Jababeka Industrial Estate with an area of 22.67 km2. Link budget was calculated using Downlink Outdoor-to-Outdoor (O2O) with Line of Sight (LOS) and Non-Line of Sight (NLOS) scenarios based on the Urban Micro (UMi) and Urban Macro (UMa) propagation models with 3GPP TR 38.901 standardization. The simulation results showed that scenario 1 (downlink-O2OLOS) produced a better network than scenario 2 (downlinkO2O-NLOS). The NLOS scenario required a higher number of gNodeB than the LOS scenario because in the NLOS scenario, there was a trouble between the gNodeB and the user terminal. The maximum data rate at 2.6 GHz was 436.31 Mbps with an average SS-RSRP value of -96.01 dBm and an average SS-SINR value of 4.21 dB, while the maximum data rate for 26 GHz was 1.83 Gbps with an average SS-RSRP value of -78.14 dBm and an average SSSINR value of 0.46 dB.

Abstract: Ikan koi merupakan salah satu jenis ikan hias yang banyak dipelihara oleh masyarakat karena memiliki bentuk serta corak warna yang indah. Pertumbuhan benih ikan koi sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan, diantaranya adalah suhu air kolam. Suhu air untuk pertumbuhan, selera makan, dan berat benih ikan koi berada pada 250C – 270C. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membuat sistem monitoring suhu pada kolam benih ikan koi berbasis IoT. Hardware yang digunakan yaitu development board NodeMCU ESP8266, sensor suhu DS18B20 , Relay, dan Water Heater. Sistem yang dibuat dapat memantau suhu air kolam dan menstabilkan suhu kolam secara otomatis menggunakan heater. Dari hasil pengujian sensor suhu yang digunakan didapatkan rata-rata error pada kondisi dingin sebesar 3,426 %, rata-rata error pada kondisi normal sebesar 1,778% dan rata-rata error pada kondisi panas sebesar 1,546%. Angka ini menunjukkan akurasi yang baik untuk pengukuran sensor.

Abstract: To accurately detect objects, the radar antenna must have a high gain for the desired range. The antenna uses an array method to increase the gain. It has a unidirectional radiation pattern to meet the X-band radar implementation as a ship navigation tool. The X-band radar works at high frequencies. Thus, it will be more sensitive in detecting small particles, including rain particles. The use of a mitered-bends feeding network method by cutting the 90-degree curve is to maximize the power transmitted to reduce losses. This method spreads the bandwidth of the antenna. The antenna is designed and fabricated into a linear array of 8 elements, using the R04003C Rogers substrate with a microstrip line supply. This study limits up to 8 elements of radiation, followed by the addition of a method to expand the bandwidth of antennas. Considering material limitation and duration of antenna design. The final antenna dimensions are 142.40 mm × 42.8 mm. The measuring results show fc = 9.496 GHz, S11 = -32.64 dB, VSWR 1.05, bandwidth = 41.9 MHz (9.5159 GHz - 9.4740 GHz), and gain 8.8 dB as well as a linear polarized antenna with unidirectional pattern direction. The radar antenna tends to have a narrow beamwidth and high gain.

Abstract: IKM Batik Keraton merupakan salah satu industri kecil penghasil batik di Kabupaten Pekalongan yang telah memproduksi batik sesuai dengan pesanan pelanggan atau make to stock selama 20 tahun. Kendala yang dialami IKM Batik Keraton yaitu perubahan pasar yang sangat cepat sehingga menyebabkan keinginan konsumen juga berubah-ubah. IKM ini belum pernah melakukan pengukuran terhadap rantai pasok industri batik yang dimiliki padahal perusahaan ini sudah berdiri sejak lama. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat rantai pasok IKM tersebut unggul atau tidak dalam mengelola rantai pasok serta perbaikan-perbaikan apa saja yang harus dilakukan agar dapat bersaing di pasar bebas. Pengukuran kinerja akan melibatkan proses-proses rantai pasok dan metrik indikator. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model SCOR 12.0 dan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Hasil dari pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok menunjukan rata-rata nilai 69,39 di mana nilai tersebut termasuk ke dalam kategori average atau sedang. Masing-masing nilai kinerja proses inti, yaitu plan, source, make, deliver, return, dan enable adalah 87,05; 94,25; 68,13; 79,79; 75,47; 11,66. Diketahui bahwa nilai kinerja proses yang tertinggi yaitu source dan yang terendah adalah enable. Indikator-indikator ini menginformasikan bahwa proses rantai pasok di IKM Batik Kraton masih memerlukan perbaikan di beberapa sektor.

Abstract: Pasien stoke yang menjalani rawat inap di rumah sakit harus dicek kesehatannya secara berkala yaitu diukur suhu tubuh, tekanan darah, oksigen dalam darah, dan denyut jantungnya. Padahal dunia sedang mengalami pandemi virus corona yang menyerang sistem pernapasan dan belum ditemukan obat atau vaksinnya. Badan kesehatan dunia WHO menerapkan protokol yang dapat mencegah penularan virus lebih banyak salah satunya physical distancing atau menjaga kontak fisik secara langsung. Sehingga perawat harus melakukan pengecekkan kondisi pasien tersebut tanpa bertemu langsung pasien di dalam kamar perawatan. Maka dibuat alat yang dapat mendeteksi kondisi pasien secara simultan tanpa kontak langusng guna menjaga kualitas hidup dan status kesehatan pasien. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa prototipe perancangan sistem yang terdiri dari node dan sink/koordinator. Node mengolah dan mengirimkan data sensor yang kemudian diterima oleh koordinator dan ditampilkan dalam jaringan lokal maupun internet. Dalam pengukuran suhu terdapat selisih antara pengukuran prototipe dengan metode manual maupun prototipe dengan metode digital sebesar 0.17oC. Selisih pengukuran pulse antara prototipe dengan metode manual sebesar 0.7 BPM, prototipe dengan metode digital sebesar 3.3 BPM. Dan pengukuran SpO2 mempunyai selisih antara pengukuran prototipe dengan metode digital sebesar 0 %. Berbeda pada pengukuran tekanan darah yang terlihat jelas selisih antara ketiga pengukuran tersebut yaitu sebsesar 3-9 mmHg. Ini disebabkan beberapa faktor seperti adanya arus tegangan yang melemah karena energi baterai yang semakin berkurang atau karena masih terdapat sedikit kesalahan prosedur dalam penggunaan alat.

Abstract: Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto (ITTP) is one of the universities that always strives to improve the quality of services to stakeholders. One of the services provided is an online learning system known as e-learning. Currently, ITTP does not have an obvious measurement to determine the level of user satisfaction of the e-learning system. System user satisfaction is determined by the quality of the system. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to determine the user satisfaction of the ITTP e-learning system by referring to the attributes of the success information system model developed by DeLone & McLean. Attributes used include the Ease of use, Response time, Reliability, Flexibility, and Security. Respondent data related to the assessment of the e-learning system were further classified by applying the C4.5 Decision Tree algorithm. Based on the results of calculations and tests using Rapid Miner software, it is known that the classification of users who have the SATISFIED classification is 46 respondents and 27 respondents are DISSATISFIED. Also, it is known that the flexibility of the ITTP e-learning system is the main determinant indicator of user satisfaction followed by response time.

Abstract: Critical thinking skill is crucial for higher education students. However, the development of critical thinking for engineering students has been overlooked. The previous research on students’ critical thinking in higher education mainly focuses on Humanities and Social Sciences department. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate engineering students’ critical thinking ability in English public speaking. A case study was carried out on 28 students (18 Males, 8 Females) of Telecommunication Engineering faculty at Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto. The study found that students had the potential to be critical despite their lack of English vocabulary and poor pronunciation ability. They developed critical thinking by understanding the context given, gathering relevant sources as analysis resources, evaluating the gathered information through discussion, and generating the solutions. Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas jaringan dari alat Mobile Wiseland yang telah dikembangkan oleh LIPI Bandung. Alat ini melakukan komunikasi data antar node menggunakan protokol Zigbee. Pengambilan data menggunakan software DIGI XCTU , dimana laptop yang digunakan sebagai mobile gateway yang sudah terinstall software DIGI XCTU sebagai titik koordinat, lalu dihubungkan dengan satu sensor sebagai client (tiltmeter). Parameter yang diambil ialah nilai RSSI, Throughput dan Packet Loss menggunakan beberapa variasi jarak dan payload dan dilakukan pengujian pada lingkungan indoor dan outdoor . Pada penelitian ini didapatkan komunikasi data yang masih berjalan dengan baik yaitu dengan jarak maksimal 160 meter. Untuk nilai Range Test (local dan remote) yang dihasilkan paling baik yaitu -50 dBm pada saat jarak 20 meter dan payload 50 byte. Sedangkan untuk payload 84 byte nilai paling baik terdapat pada jarak 40 meter dengan nilai local -51 dBm dan remote -50 dBm. Berdasarkan pengujian dilingkungan outdoor pada jarak 139 meter, 168 meter dan 170 meter didapatkan nilai throughput yang paling baik pada jarak 139 meter, dengan nilai 8,46 kbps pada saat payload 160 byte.

Abstract: Fabricating nanofiber biomaterial using electrospinning is difficult due to its bioactive characteristics. Even though electrospinning is mentioned as the most well-established approach to produce nanofiber, it is undeniable that fluid factors involved in determining the product result. In this research, three influenced factors including viscosity, conductivity, and surface tension are investigated in the system of Biomaterial Composite that contains mixed Chitosan-Pectin material blended to the Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA). Various concentrations were made up to create an assorted liquid profile to some extent influencing fluid characteristic which affecting fabrication result. This research also analyzed the interaction between group materials using Fourier Transform Infra-Red (FTIR). Moreover, bead and spray phenomena which are commonly occurred in the process of fabrication are also deliberated correlating with fluid parameters. This experiment revealed that the range of the ability of the composite solution that can be fabricated was from 90/10 to 60/40 with the average diameter size for each composition are 90/10 = 155,39 ± 43,68 nm, 80/20 = 99,03± 26.01 nm, 70/30 = 111,387 ± 50,06 nm, and 60/40 = 107,06 ± 47,36 nm. Regarding fluid characteristics, the discrepancy related to the effect of viscosity to nanofiber size has occurred due to the nonuniform shape and type that affected the average size of the nanofiber. Meanwhile, the conductivity parameter found as the main reason related to the limited ability of the electrospinning process. Furthermore, the surface tension parameters noted as a factor that influencing droplet and beads formation.

Abstract: English became the first foreign language that came to Indonesia in 1967. The human needs of English can already be seen through lots of official scientific works in English and its intense competitions globally. However, still, many people finds it difficult to learn English, for example, the difficulty in understanding tenses, differences between writing, reading and pronouncing. By relying on the latest features on smartphone, which on the mean time, smartphone is one of many gadgets that is the most practical to use in anywhere and anytime, plus, with gaming contents as the best multimedia entertainer application, learning English will be more interactive and easier to use. In this research, Construct 2 is used as The Developer App and Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) method of Rido Ramadan and Yani Widyani’s version is used as The Development Method. The game system tested by using black box and by giving out Questionnaire for User Interface Satisfaction to 24 respondents, to test the system’s usability. It resulted 80,83% for the whole of the system, meaning that the whole system is quiet interesting in the respondents’s view. Then, the screen display gained 80,41%, this means that the screen display is very interesting and did not confuse the respondents. Technology and information game gained 75,41%, this means that the information contained in the game is quiet good, however, further development is needed. The introduction of the game’s system gained 71,63%, means that some of the system’s ability did not run effectively and needed further repairment and development. The last, usability and user interface gained 76,25%, this means that the game is quiet interactive to the respondents.

Abstract: Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) caused by computer use have become the most common ergonomic risks. The risk experienced can be in the form of financial losses or even lives. Therefore, efforts are needed to prevent the occurrence of ergonomic risks so as not to cause large losses. The Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) has been designed to identify ergonomic risk factors and is reliable for the assessment of office workers' MSDs. This study evaluates the potential risk of ergonomics in female office workers because a previous study found that MSDs were more common in women. From the two workers observed, it was found that workers 1 and 2 received different scores on several assessment components. The different things are the length of the seat holder, armrests, spine brace, and keyboard. This difference is caused by body posture and different types of chairs. The length of the chair and the spinal brace is influenced by the different postures of the two workers. Worker 1 has a shorter upper leg length than worker 2, so she cannot use the backbone section of the chair. Although there are differences in scores on some components of the assessment, both workers have the same final ROSA score, which is 5. This indicates that further posture assessment needs to be done using tools other than ROSA to detect the specific cause of MSDs levels.
