Abstract: espanolEl imparable progreso tecnologico que sacude nuestra sociedad ha llegado a las aulas academicas y, con el, el desarrollo de nuevos metodos de ensenanza. El avance de las TIC ha modificado la forma de elaborar, adquirir y transmitir conocimientos, promoviendo el uso de herramientas innovadoras para el aprendizaje. Dentro del amplio abanico de las nuevas posibilidades educativas que nos brindan estas herramientas, los materiales didacticos digitales de acceso abierto adquieren una importancia vital como fuente de informacion y eje del desarrollo de nuevos metodos pedagogicos. En este sentido, el proposito de este trabajo es presentar un modelo de integracion de MDD (Material Didactico Digital), destacando los usos didacticos posibles que ofrecen estos recursos, y promover su diseno como estrategia dinamica para el trabajo autonomo, motivacion y mejora del rendimiento academico del alumnado. EnglishThe unstoppable technological progress that shakes our society has reached the academic classrooms and, with it, the development of new teaching methods. The advance of ICT has modified the way of elaborating, acquiring and transmitting knowledge, promoting the use of innovative tools for learning. Within the wide range of new educational possibilities offered by these tools, open access didactic materials in digital format acquire vital importance as a source of information and as the axis for the development of new pedagogical methods. In this sense, the purpose of this paper is to present a model of integration of MDD (Digital Didactic Materials), highlighting the possible didactic uses offered by these resources, and promote its design as a dynamic strategy for selfemployment, motivation and performance improvement student’s academic.

Abstract: The article discusses the economic prerequisites for the effective growth of Islamic finance in modern conditions, analyzes the existing definitions of Islamic finance and banking and financial technologies, which served as the basis for the formation of a new definition of digital Islamic banking. The authors carried out a simulation of the influence of the FinTech industry on the development of Islamic finance and formed the basic prerequisites for further sustainable growth in this area. The new theoretical definition is a synthesis of two systems that can be used later to identify digital tools that can be applied within the framework of Islamic finance. No less important in this aspect is the preservation of Sharia norms. The modeling becomes an evidence base for the further use and expansion of Fintech tools in Islamic banking and Islamic finance in general. This aspect is also confirmed by the development of the Islamic Fintech Ecosystem and Islamic Fintech companies.

Abstract: The article presents the results of a study of the activities of educational institutions to solve an actual problem - the problem of improving the quality of education. One of the promising ways to improve the quality of education in educational institutions is the integration of pedagogical technologies. The aim of the study is the development and theoretical substantiation of the system of integration of pedagogical technologies, the advantage of which is the sum of the advantages of the constituent technologies and focused on improving the quality of education. The model of flexible integrated technology of project-module training is proposed as an example. The developed models of flexible integral pedagogical technologies were experimentally tested and widely tested in the activities of Kazan Federal University, Kazan State Power Engineering University, Samara National Research University and several schools in Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan). This approbation led to the conclusion about the effectiveness of these models. The results of the study indicate the positive impact of these models on the main parameters characterizing the effectiveness and quality of the pedagogical process in the education system. The study confirmed that one of the important ways to increase the efficiency of the pedagogical process in education is the integration of pedagogical technologies, the implementation of flexible integrated pedagogical technologies capable adapt to different levels of complexity of pedagogical conditions and effectively solve modern problems of education. The integration of pedagogical technologies, the implementation of flexible pedagogical technologies in education allows not only to improve the quality, but also the efficiency of education, ensures the operational regulation of pedagogical technologies and the conditions of the educational process, considering the type and theme of the academic discipline, the level of students’ development, availability of material resources, tasks of education.

Abstract: The authors prove their thinking as the most important issue for any nation in their writing. Scholars have not reached any agreement on the nature of matter, nature, and personality. It deals with these issues. Every person in a community has a part of a place in the community (a class, a church community, an ethnicity, a state, etc.). That comes from a friend or foe that shows an ancient dichotomy. In a national entity, there is always a prevailing stable thing We call it mentality. A popular individuality cannot be qualified by sole property but by social trait, why. And today, in the visage of a date of the procedure of globalization integration, it is significant to citation this reality.

Especificamente, utilizamos la plataforma Kahoot! para generar preguntas relacionadas con la materia impartida, que son contestadas en linea por los estudiantes a traves de smartphones u otros dispositivos digitales. Tras realizar este tipo de actividades en el aula universitaria durante varias sesiones docentes, solicitamos a los participantes que rellenaran una encuesta para medir el grado de satisfaccion de los mismos. Nuestros resultados confirman que el uso de este tipo de actividades motiva al alumnado a participar activamente en la clase. EnglishThe present study observes the relationship between the implementation of activities based on ICT tools and the consequent satisfaction of the participating students. Specifically, we use the Kahoot platform! to generate questions related to the subject taught, which are answered online by students through smartphones or other digital devices. After carrying out this type of activities in the university classroom during several teaching sessions, we asked the participants to fill out a survey to measure their degree of satisfaction. Our results confirm that the use of this type of activities motivates students to participate actively in the class.

Abstract: Este trabajo presenta un estudio realizado en la Universidad de Alicante con alumnos de tercer y cuarto ano del Grado de Maestro en Educacion Infantil y Primaria. Conforme a la politica de educacion plurilingue de la Comunidad Valenciana los estudiantes de los grados de educacion pueden cursar una asignatura de Aprendizaje Integrado de Contenido y Lenguas (AICLE). En 2018 a estos estudiantes se les invito a participar en una experiencia del uso del aprendizaje movil y del aprendizaje combinado prestando atencion al desarrollo cognitivo como parte del modelo de las 4 ces (Coyle, 2007), de la metodologia AICLE. En total, dieciseis actividades basadas en tareas disenadas por Wilden (2017), Dudley y Osvath (2016) y Kryszewska y Campbell (1992) fueron seleccionadas y adaptadas para que los estudiantes las realizaran de forma individual, en parejas y en grupos. Con el fin de promover debates y discusiones en clase, fue necesario incorporar herramientas TICS y entornos de aprendizaje virtuales. Un total de 148 alumnos, pertenecientes a tres grupos, realizaron actividades moviles y actividades combinadas dos veces por semana durante un periodo de dos meses. Los estudiantes utilizaron principalmente sus propios dispositivos, incluyendo telefonos moviles, tabletas, ordenadores portatiles. Las actividades se centraron en tareas especificas que como futuros docentes habran de desarrollar profesionalmente, requiriendo capacidades mentales de orden superior como crear, analizar y evaluar. El aprendizaje movil y combinado proporciono el marco necesario para el desarrollo de las actividades y objetivos de la experiencia.

Abstract: espanolEsta investigacion, la cual es parte de un proyecto mas amplio (Fomix, Dgo. 2015/1/263099), tuvo como objetivo, destacar las significaciones y atribuciones que los estudiantes de secundaria establecen con relacion a la integracion tecnologica en el aula y los procesos de aprendizaje facilitados por dicha tecnologia (Pantoja y Huertas, 2010). Desde un planteamiento etnografico, se entrevisto a 128 estudiantes, utilizandose el software Atlas TI 7.5. Los resultados muestran una percepcion diagnostica de la integracion de la tecnologia en el aula, en tres niveles: aprendizaje movil y medios tradicionales, (Figueredo, 2012) aprendizaje movil y tecnologias audiovisuales y tecnologias audiovisuales y medios tradicionales (Martinez y Heredia, 2010). Abstract: The relevance of the study is due to the fact that life priorities, professional preferences of Russian youth have changed, new values have been formed. However, higher education is rarely conducted in accordance with the values and motivations of students. The aim of our study was to determine the structure and content of the values and motivations of student. The study of value orientations of students was conducted using the “polar” questionnaire, revealing the life, material, moral, aesthetic and professional values of students. B. S. Kruglov’s method “Determination of formation of value orientations” was also used in our study. The study revealed the structure and content of values and motives of students - future teachers of one of the major universities. The results of the study are applicable for the pedagogical process of higher education.

Abstract: La reforma de la Hacienda impulsada por Martin de Garay en 1817 dio como resultado la elaboracion de una completa estadistica, tanto del patrimonio urbano y rustico -los Apeos y Valuaciones Generalescomo de las productos agrarios, manufacturados y comerciales -los Cuadernos Generales de la Riquezade los habitantes de todos los pueblos de Espana (con la unica excepcion de las cuatro provincias forales) entre 1817 y 1820. Esta fuente ha permanecido oculta en nuestros archivos historicos, por lo que uno de nuestros objetivos es rescatar del olvido esta documentacion mediante su digitalizacion y difusion en abierto a traves de internet. Las nuevas tecnologias y entornos digitales que se estan desarrollando en la actualidad nos van a hacer cambiar nuestra forma de investigar y de ensenar las humanidades y las ciencias sociales. Este articulo pretende caminar en esta direccion abordando el analisis de un caso concreto como es la digitalizacion parcial de una fuente historica: los apeos y cuadernos generales de la riqueza de Martin de Garay (1817- 1820). En nuestro caso, estos nuevos enfoques y metodologias facilitan enormemente el acceso y tratamiento documental. Asimismo, la eliminacion de barreras geograficas que implican permite la creacion de entornos de trabajo interdisciplinares (donde se combinan campos como la historia, la geografia o la economia) diversificando asi el tratamiento y analisis de la informacion. Finalmente, emergen nuevas posibilidades en terminos de difusion via web de los resultados de la investigacion, asi como de la propia fuente, permitiendo asi alcanzar un mayor grado de democratizacion del patrimonio documental.

Abstract: The problem of excitation of a cylindrical metal waveguide by a source located in the cross section is considered. We assume that the source is surface currents on a flat, infinitely thin metal plate with a smooth boundary. The plate is connected to the generator of non-harmonic oscillations. The boundary of the cross section of a waveguide filled with a homogeneous dielectric is a closed piecewise-smooth contour. The initial physical problem is formulated as a mixed boundary problem for the system of the Maxwell equations. Components of the desired solution for the problem is presented in the form of a series in two sets of two-dimensional eigenfunctions of the Laplace operator. The first set of the eigenfunctions corresponds to the operator with Dirichlet boundary conditions, the second set to the operator with Neumann boundary conditions. We show that the expansion coefficients of the longitudinal components (components directed along the waveguide axis) of the electric and magnetic intensity vectors must be solutions to the jump problem for a system of telegraph equations. The problem of finding the unknown coefficients of the expansion of the longitudinal component of the vector of electric intensity is reduced to solving a system of the Volterra integral equations of the first kind with respect to the derivatives of the desired coefficients. The unknown coefficients of the expansion of the longitudinal component of the vector of magnetic intensity are found by solving a system of the Volterra integral equations of the second kind.

Abstract: espanolEl objetivo de este articulo es presentar un proyecto de innovacion denominado “Rural Blended Education” que demuestre que implementado un nuevo paradigma educativo basado en un sistema de ensenanza semipresencial en un Colegio de Educacion Infantil y Primaria se puede revertir el fenomeno de la despoblacion en una zona geografica. El estudio comienza analizando las causas y las consecuencias de la despoblacion y que se esta haciendo para frenarla. Una vez el estado de la cuestion ha sido presentado, se formula una hipotesis de trabajo que considera la posibilidad de frenar esta tendencia mediante el desarrollo de un proceso de ensenanzaaprendizaje semipresencial en estas zonas. El estudio se implementa como un diseno de un proyecto de intervencion contextualizado en la poblacion de las aldeas diseminadas de la comarca de Utiel-Requena (Valencia). En este diseno se confecciona un proyecto de innovacion en el que se forma al profesorado para mejorar su competencia digital, para despues crear una serie de herramientas con las que padres y madres puedan educar cooperativamente a sus hijos e hijas. De igual manera, se temporaliza el proyecto, se establecen las lineas de trabajo del mismo, se determinan los requisitos para participar en el programa, se realiza una memoria economica del mismo y se trazan una serie de indicadores para determinar si el sistema ha sido viable o no. Por ultimo, se presentan unas conclusiones al proyecto, asi como las limitaciones y recomendaciones mas importantes que han de seguirse en posteriores cursos academicos. EnglishThe aim of this article is to present an innovation project called “Rural Blended Education” that demonstrates that depopulation in a given geographical area can be reduced by applying a new educational paradigm in a School of Early Childhood and Primary Education. The study starts with an analysis of the the causes and consequences of depopulation and the actions taken to slow down this trend. Then, we formulate a working hypothesis that attempts to consider if depopulation can be stopped by improving the channels in the teaching-learning process of these areas. The study is implemented as an intervention project design carried out in the villages scattered across the Utiel-Requena area (Valencia). A key aspect of this innovation project is to train teachers in their digital competence first, and then create a series of cooperative tools with which parents can co-educate their children. In the same way, the timing of the project and the main lines of work are established, the requirements to participate in the program are set out, an economic report is made and a series of indicators are presented to determine if the system has been viable or not. Finally, conclusions are drawn, together with the most important limitations and recommendations to consider in subsequent academic courses.

Abstract: In the context of modernization of education and digitalization of society, one of the socially significant areas implemented in educational institutions of higher education is pedagogical design. The urgency of the problem is due to the social order of the society for the training of highly qualified specialists with critical design thinking, ready to solve professional problems of any level of complexity; the increased interest of scientists in the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of pedagogical design, on the one hand, and the lack of development of mechanisms for its practical implementation in higher education, methodological support tools for its implementation on the other. Students should select texts based on the language of their future specialty, make assignments for the consolidation of the passed terminology (Erofeeva & Yusupova, 2018). The design background goes back to antiquity. Plato in the works “State” and “Laws” proposes and discusses the project “ideal state”. Speaking as a practitioner of state building, Plato proposes to first build a state mentally, which is one of the first prerequisites for design. Scientific understanding of the process and results of design as a special activity began at the turn of 20-21st centuries, which was characterized by the presence of reflection and design activities, the emergence of project terminology

Abstract: The presence of more than twenty directions in Russian rhetoric is based on a different understanding of the effectiveness of communication. Common is the understanding of the effectiveness as an overall criterion of rhetoricalness – nonrhetoricalness speech communication. This article considers the formation of rhetorical skills in the American and Kazakh schools on the example of the study of literature in a non-native language ‒ didactic prose of Leo Tolstoy. The article analyzes the active methods for the formation of rhetorical competence of the student in the American school, for the schools of Kazakhstan with non-Russian language of education, forecasts of active tasks on the same didactic prose of Tolstoy are offered. These scenarios of designing lessons are explained by the identification of commonality and differences in the formation of rhetorical competence. The solution of such issues is made in the article: an attempt to understand whether the recommendations for the formation of rhetorical skills in the American and Kazakh schools with non-Russian language of education are common, is there a connection with mental differences. To answer this question types of speech activity, argumentation technique, critical thinking, empathy, receptive and productive activity in the classroom (reflection) were analyzed. Comparison of teaching non-native literature in American and Kazakh schools with non-Russian language of education is based on the application of such experience in social life and the formation of students’ motivation to study. The establishment of commonality and differences in the formation of effective communication skills allowed to understand the role of mental characteristics of students, the impact of national psychology of students in Kazakhstan on the cognitive and metacognitive scaffolding. The use of the same types of speech activity ‒ listening, speaking, reading, writing ‒ showed the dominance of speaking in the school in Kazakhstan.

Abstract: Terminology is one of the most important problems of modern linguistics. The study of terminological systems of typologically different languages is of great scientific interest. The article deals with the productive methods of word formation in English, Russian and Tatar chemical and biological terminology on the example of suffixation, compounding, conversion and abbreviation. The purpose of the present study is to identify the features of these methods in the chemical and biological term systems of genetically unrelated and typologically diverse languages. The general models of word formation typical for the languages studied in this article are considered and presented.

Se utilizo el tipo de estudio transversal, investigacion descriptiva, comparativa y correlacional, donde se establece una muestra de 385 peticiones a traves del Protocolo de Transferencia de Hipertexto para cada uno de los grupos de investigacion, para lo cual se creo un prototipo con cada uno de los frameworks mencionados. Para compararlos se utilizo el promedio de: consumo de recursos, peticiones de hipertexto realizadas correctamente y el tiempo de respuesta, estos datos se obtienen por medio del programa JMeter. Los resultados permiten determinar el rendimiento, el mejor tiempo de respuesta. It was used the type of cross-sectional study, descriptive, comparative and correlational research, where a sample of 385 through the Hypertext Transfer Protocol requests was established for each of the research groups, for which a prototype was created with each of the mentioned frameworks. To compare them, it was used the average of: consumption of resources, hypertext requests made correctly and the response time, these data are obtained through the JMeter program. The results allow to determine the performance, the best response time.

Es asi que en los ultimos anos ha tomado gran relevancia el concepto y aplicacion del pensamiento computacional, ya que como parte de su metodologia se encuentra la utilizacion de software de simulacion como apoyo para el aprendizaje y solucion de problemas, dichos paquetes informaticos permiten explorar, analizar, comprender, correlacionar y experimentar en el mundo virtual soluciones que posteriormente pueden aplicarse para resolver un problema real, como en el caso de la electronica en el diseno y programacion de circuitos, cuyos contenidos curriculares pueden ser complejos y extensos debido a la gran cantidad de desarrollos e innovaciones que han surgido en las ultimas decadas. EnglishEducation is an integral part of the new technologies and that is so that an increasing number of universities worldwide are demanding electronic literacy as one of the requirements in their entrance and graduation exams, considering that it is an essential objective to prepare future professionals for the digital era in the workplace. Thus, in recent years the concept and application of computational thinking has taken great relevance, since as part of its methodology is the use of simulation software as support for learning and problem solving, such computer packages that detect, analyze, understand, correlate and experience in the world virtual solutions that may have problems to solve a real problem, as in the case of electronics in circuit design and programming, curricular contents can be complex and extensive due to the great number of developments and innovations that have emerged in recent decades.

Abstract: The article is dealing with the problem of semantic gaps, the part of which is a group of culture-specific words. The authors tried to systemize the research by distributing such words into different semantic fields. While comparing the fields on the example of a pair of languages anyone can see the difference in conceptualization of the world picture which is verbalized by the language. The authors researched the Tatar specific concepts relative to English in the field ‘Animals’. The results showed that the difference is not so big, and it is proved by the quantity of semantic distance coefficient. It is 6.5, while the other semantic fields present bigger difference: it is 8.44 for the field ‘family’, 8.2 for the field ‘household objects’, 9.93 for the field ‘Food’ and 11.7 for the field ‘Measures’. So far, the biggest difference is in the fields of Religion and Measures. The difference between the Tatar and English fields ‘Animals’ can be explained by the fact that Tatars were nomads in the past and such an animal like a horse (among 14 words 11 of them are denoting a house age and color that is not presented in English) was important for them. One more argument is the number of Tatar proverbs about a horse. We have found 757 proverbs in the dictionary of Tatar proverbs and sayings.

Abstract: The article discusses scientific and legal approaches to the classification of tax debt, analyzes the state of tax debt in Russia for the period from 2013 to 2018. The main causes of tax debt are the deterioration of the financial condition of an economic entity, an individual, as a result of the financial crisis in the country, or deliberate evasion of the payment of mandatory payments by the taxpayer himself. Among the factors affecting the increase in tax debt, should be highlighted, the use of such schemes to avoid tax debt as reorganization, liquidation, merger, merger, division, separation. In the context of various classification groups, proposes new classification groups of tax arrears, incl. to expand its analysis and administration. The article clarifies the concepts of tax debt, settled and unregulated tax debt for the purposes of tax administration and conducting analytical work. The directions for the development of tax debt tax administration are proposed. For tax administration purposes would be to use the tax debt classification by type of organizations-debtors, including by type of economic activity. This will improve the performance of the tax authorities to collect tax debts. It seems appropriate to develop a program of actions for administering different types of taxpayers and collecting tax arrears, and in the future, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of tax arrears.

Abstract: In the methodology of teaching literature and in school practice, traditionally much attention is paid to the problem of interdisciplinary connections, while the issues of intra-disciplinary interaction of literary material within the school course are not sufficiently developed by methodologists. The presence of this problem is felt especially acute in the study of literature in high school, when students ‘ knowledge is generalized not only at the synchronic, but also diachronic levels. With consistent updating of various levels of artistic communication, the study of the historical and literary course acquires a broad dialogical focus, forming the skills of contextual examination of literary phenomena in students. In this article, we will consider building intra-disciplinary relations in the lessons of studying modern Russian poetry at school. First, various artistic universals (archetypes, mythologems, topos, “eternal” motives) are actualized, which have important methodological significance and allow students to make broad historical and cultural generalizations at the lessons. Holistic comprehension of a work of art in the context of the historical and literary process is determined by the definition of various types of intertext artistic interactions (borrowings, imitations, parodies, reminiscences, citations) reflecting the principle of continuity of literary phenomena. At the same time, it is very important to identify historical and biographical ties, a creative dialogue between contemporary poets and poets of various eras. It can be mentoring, apprenticeship, co-authorship, rivalry, continuity, tradition actualization, “attraction - repulsion” type of relationships, influence, and others.

En relacion a lo anterior, el efecto de persuasion de esta tecnica en las peliculas es un area que aun se encuentra en desarrollo de investigacion, por lo tanto, este articulo se propone medir el efecto de la persuasion en los espectadores mediante 4 items a considerar: i) valoracion de la pelicula, ii) el transporte narrativo, iii) identificacion con los personajes y iv) actitud hacia el product placement. Esta investigacion consistio en una de tipo experimental con una muestra aleatoria (N=91) que es dividida en dos grupos, en donde solo un grupo observa la pelicula con product placement, mientras que el otro no. Posteriormente se les aplico, a todos los participantes, un cuestionario que aborda los 4 aspectos mencionados que fue respondido a traves de la escala Likert. Los resultados mostraron que el product placement tiene un efecto de persuasion, especificamente en la memoria y actitud. EnglishProduct placement is characterized by innovating in advertising techniques when inserted in formats that, as in the cinema, can yield positive results for companies in terms of dissemination and promotion of the product. In relation to the above, the effect of persuasion of this technique in films is an area that is still in development research, therefore, this article aims to measure the effect of persuasion on viewers through 4 items to consider: i) evaluation of the film, ii) the narrative transport, iii) identification with the characters and iv) attitude towards the product placement. This investigation consisted of an experimental type with a random sample (N = 91) that is divided into two groups, where only one group observes the film with product placement, while the other does not. Afterwards, a questionnaire was applied to all the participants that addresses the 4 mentioned aspects that were answered through the Likert scale. The results showed that the product placement has a persuasive effect, specifically in the memory and attitude.

Abstract: This article is devoted to the research of the formation of sociocultural competence in the process of teaching a foreign language at the senior stage with the help of the blog technology. The relevance of this article is because sociocultural competence is one of the structural components of communicative competence, which is key in the context of global intercultural communication. The aim of the research is to provide the theoretical basis and practical verification of the effectiveness of using blog technology in the formation of the sociocultural competence of senior students in a foreign language class. In the research, the authors analysed the characteristics of the blog and the benefits of its use, revealed that using the blog technology can develop almost all types of speech activities: writing, reading and listening, as well as improve the sociocultural competence of students. Obviously, the blog technology has many advantages compared to other technologies, as it includes all types of information. Consequently, the blog provides an opportunity to implement various tasks. The article describes the experimental work, namely, its purpose, tasks, stages, conditions, content, methods of teaching the formation of the sociocultural competence of senior students.

Abstract: espanolLas Humanidades Digitales comprenden la aplicacion de las TICs a la investigacion en el ambito humanistico. Favorecen tanto la creacion de bases de datos y el acceso inmediato a la informacion como la aparicion de novedades metodologicas y de resultados ineditos hasta la fecha. Datan su aparicion en los anos cuarenta del siglo XX, con el proyecto del jesuita Roberto Busa, bajo el auspicio de IBM. Tras este trabajo inicial, fueron acogidas con gran fuerza en el ambito anglosajon, pero no con tanto convencimiento en otras areas geograficas ni en todas las ramas de las Humanidades por igual. Sin embargo, tras esta fase inicial, actualmente puede afirmarse que las Humanidades Digitales estan siendo aceptadas cada vez con mas entusiasmo. Debido a que entre sus lineas de investigacion destaca el analisis textual, se exponen algunos recursos digitales para el estudio lexicoterminologico, aplicados a un texto de interes para la Historia del Arte. Una de estas herramientas es la plataforma TAPORWARE (http://taporware.ualberta.ca/), la cual propicia resultados terminologicos cualitativos y cuantitativos (frecuencias de palabras, concordancias y coocurrencias). Por otra parte, se estudian algunas herramientas de la RAE, como el CORDE (http://corpus. rae.es/cordenet.html) y el CREA (http://corpus.rae.es/creanet.html). Desde variados generos literarios, el corpus textual de estas bases de datos facilita el analisis de la evolucion cronologica de los terminos y el esclarecimiento de su significado. En conclusion, las TICs aplicadas al analisis de textos favorecen la actualizacion del panorama de la investigacion de las Humanidades, abriendose a futuras posibilidades cientificas, mas colaborativas e interdisciplinares. EnglishThe Digital Humanities comprise the application of ICTs to research in the humanistic field. They favor both the creation of databases and immediate access to information and the appearance of new methodologies and unpublished results to date. They appear in the 1940s with the project of the Jesuit Roberto Busa, under the auspices of IBM. After this initial work, they were received with great force in the Anglo-Saxon area, but not with so much conviction in other geographical areas or in all branches of the Humanities equally. However, after this initial phase, it can now be affirmed that the Digital Humanities are being accepted with increasing enthusiasm. Due to the fact that among its lines of research the textual analysis stands out, some digital resources are exposed for the lexical-terminological study, applied to a text of interest for the History of Art. One of these tools is the TAPORWARE platform (http://taporware. ualberta.ca/), which provides qualitative and quantitative terminological results (word frequencies, concordance and co-occurrences). On the other hand, some tools of the RAE are studied, such as CORDE (http://corpus.rae.es/ cordenet.html) and CREA (http://corpus.rae.es/creanet.html). From varied literary genres, the textual corpus of these databases facilitates the analysis of the chronological evolution of the terms and the elucidation of their meaning. In conclusion, the TICs applied to the analysis of texts favor the updating of the panorama of the Humanities research, opening up to future scientific possibilities, more collaborative and interdisciplinary.

Abstract: The research rationale for the problem under study is in the profound changes which happened recently in Russia and affected the educational sphere and influenced the development of the Russian language, in particular the activisation of the metaphorical statements use processes in academic discourse. The purpose of the article lies in consideration of metaphorical diffuseness of the academic concept “Student” in the Russian and German linguocultures. The leading method in this research is the analysis of metaphorical diffuseness of the above-mentioned concept on the basis of the analysis of lexical units of full text databases of the German and Russian media, fiction, and Internet communication. As a result of the performed analysis it was revealed that in language picture of the world the appeal to the concept “Student” is quite popular. The figurative component of the concept is clearly expressed. But for language consciousness the most relevant is the German concept as its extra-zone includes some associations which were not found in the Russian language picture of the world. The material of the article can be useful in Lexicology of the German and Russian languages, in training courses on cross-cultural communication, regional geography and linguistic and cultural studies of Russia and Germany, in practice of the Russian and German academic communication.

Abstract: The article presents the analysis of theoretical approaches to the study of a tourism attractiveness of the region and its elements. Tourism attractiveness of the region is defined as a multi-layered concept reflecting the totality of the subjective and objective characteristics of the region that influence the results of tourist activities and determine the position of the region for the subjects of tourist activities. Presently, the tourism industry is one of the most significant sectors in the development of the region: being aware of it, the state promotes the formation and development of tourism and provides a supportive environment for its development, thereby ensuring the implementation of socially-oriented functions. The management practice of developing the tourism attractiveness of Russian regions should take account of the commercial interests of various business areas, the priorities of state policy and the cultural needs of society. In order to strengthen the tourism appeal, the regions include the development of a set of various actions into the agenda, one of the keys is to form a positive attitude towards the territory and its recognition – regional branding. The Republic of Tatarstan is one of the most promising tourist centers of Russia which actively develops the tourism sector and increases its quantitative indicators and implements large-scale and ambitious projects that improve the tourist attraction.

Abstract: The conditions of modernization of modern reality require the introduction of new teaching methods that consider the subjective needs of the individual and provide for anybody with the opportunity to build an individual trajectory of development. The development of critical thinking among students in the modern education system is one of the important directions in the development of moral, comprehensively developed personality. In addition to the fact that critical thinking is metasubject and can be applied in all spheres of life, it is necessary to optimize the work of students in different subjects of the educational program. The study used method of case study that is one of the very perspective instruments for the improvement of the educational theory and practice. Case study is a method that uses description of situation from real educational practice and life at all. Working with each situation allows you to develop the ability to analyze, draw conclusions, evaluate and interpret. Cases contain not only information about the situation, but also additional sources of information, such as illustrations or criteria for their evaluation. We have developed a technique for the development of critical thinking in the process of creating illustrations for literary works in the technique of linocut. Within the framework of this technique, nine cases have been developed. The study concluded that the advantage of cases is the ability to optimally combine theory and practice. The method of cases contributes to the development of the ability to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions on a specific situation and evaluate, choose the best option and plan its implementation, which can significantly improve the efficiency of critical thinking in students.

Abstract: The relevance of the chosen research topic lies primarily in the increasing share of young professionals in the workforce and the need to develop, in this regard, measures to address problems related to youth unemployment in Kazakhstan. The authors note that the education system does not always form students’ competencies that are in demand on the labor market, as a result of which employers do not want to hire university graduates, prefer workers with experience, which contributes to the growth of unemployment among university graduates. In this regard, the authors conducted an expert survey of the heads of organizations in order to identify their views on the competencies of university graduates needed in the labor market (130 people were interviewed). Recommendations for improving the education system with the aim of forming competencies important in the modern labor market are offered.

There is an urgent need for an integrated approach, associated with the great importance of healthy and proper education of the growing generation. By authors it is established that the landscape organization of the territory of preschool institutions with a set of planning elements, subordinates to the general plan, despite the obvious appeal, can meet serious obstacles in the form of need of zoning of the site for groups of children of different age. Laying of the “an ecological track” playing an important role in the system of accumulation by each child of personal experience of the correct interaction with the nature can be the decision. By authors it is also shown that the correct planning of the territory of preschool institutions is impossible without competent solution of questions of gardening. It is one of the major moments in all a complex of actions for creation of the comfortable environment.

Abstract: Situations when legal framework overlaps with the other areas sometimes rise the important questions. The age assessment is one of those areas where medical age determination directly affects human rights. A public entity uses a person’s age to determine the age of a person in the absence of legal evidence. Medical age assessment applies more frequently in the asylum cases when unaccompanied minors arrive in a country where he/she seeks asylum. It is claimed that minors might not be fully honest concerning their age as being minor ease the application process. This is one of the reasons why medical assessment is required. However, often the assessment is not correct, and minors are declared of the full legal age. In addition, ways the medical assessment is carries could violate the rights per se. Therefore, often minors being surrendered or deported to the countries where the risks exist in reversal of the principle of no refund.

Abstract: The exercise of control over the collection of taxes is one of the key links ensuring the replenishment of the treasury of the budget of any state. Therefore, a huge role is played by the tax authorities of the country. It is thanks to them that reliable and timely collection of taxes is carried out, the functions assigned to the tax system are implemented. Tax control is aimed at all subjects of the economy: both legal entities and individuals. Tax control is carried out in order to identify tax offenses, as well as ensuring the inevitability of bringing to justice for tax offenses. In order to implement these goals within the framework of tax control, it is necessary to ensure that checks are made for the correctness of the calculation and payment of taxes, the prevention of tax violations and the provision of compensation for damage caused to the state as a result of non-fulfillment by taxpayers of their duties. In this study, the authors consider the comparative characteristics of the tax systems of foreign countries and the Russian Federation. The analysis of the performance of on-site tax audits of individuals for 2014-2018 has been carried out. The authors concluded that some foreign trends in tax control could be relevant in Russia. After all, the constant development of forms and methods, as well as the very basis of tax control - the tax base, allows us to constantly improve the entire tax system in Russia, increase tax revenues and reduce the taxpayers’ debt.

We, focused on the first population group, have detected that it is in this environment where they most freely express their ideas about the world, personal situation and problems related to mental health. Therefore, through social networks, a system based on Artificial Intelligence capable of detecting the possible suicidal risk of a post written in them can be developed. In addition, it is also possible to design a system for detecting these messages that is fed back and taught to oneself, which is known as Machine Learning. Technology has a lot to say in preventing suicide.
