Abstract: Due to the constraint of network bandwidth and the conflict of the data,the transmitted time-delay inevitably exists in the Networked Control System(NCS),which is called the network-induced delay.And it is the main problem that can degrade the performance of the control system and even destabilize the system.This paper discusses a linear networked control system model with uncertain parameters and presents the sufficient condition for the stability.The Razumikhin and Laypunov theorems are employed to investigate the problem and obtain the maximal transmitted time-delay.The simulation proved the validity of the conclusion.

Abstract: Based on the research fruits of Simulation Grid [1], a networked modeling simulation platform was put forward based on the concept of cloud computing, then its research background, connotation, features and infrastructure were discussed, and the finished research of the related key technologies and typical application demonstration system were introduced. The primary research and practice show that: the "Cloud Simulation" platform can improve the capability of simulation grid in sharing, collaborating, fault-tolerating and migrating multi-granularity resources on demand by multi-user, which establishes a new modeling and simulation mode—"Cloud Simulation". Finally, the future work of cloud simulation platform was given.

Abstract: Analytic Simulation is an effective approach to study and analyze complex system. As a peer methodology to experiment and theory, it is used more and more widely in the area of defense and economy. With the in-depth development of the applications of analytic simulation, to shorten the time of simulation run has become an urgent job. The characteristics of analytic simulations were discussed, the shortages of current HLA-based solution using distributed network were pointed out, and the latent parallelisms of analytic simulation were analyzed. A layered analytic simulation architecture based on parallel processing was put forward. This solution can exploit the parallelism of the analytic simulation applications and support them well, while the layered architecture forms a clear separation between the functionality of each layer, resulting in easier to maintain and upgrade.

Abstract: Pulse coupled neural network(PCNN)based on Eckhorn's model finds many applications in image processing.Because the parameters greatly affect the performance of PCNN,finding the optimal parameters becomes an onerous task..Especially in image segmentation,the parameters vary with the image that needs to process.An automated PCNN system was proposed that banded PCNN and genetic algorithm together and it was used to segment the image automatically and successfully.The correctness and dependability of the automated PCNN system are verified by experiment results,that is to say,the quality of the segmentation based on the automated PCNN system is much better and time-consuming and parameters-setting automatically is the main feature of the system.
