TL;DR: The bilateral causal relation between entrepreneurs and institutions is examined in this article, where it is shown that entrepreneurship abiding by existing institutions is sometimes disruptive enough to challenge the foundations of prevailing institutions.
Abstract: The allocation of entrepreneurship during productive, unproductive, and destructive is determined by institutions, which was stated by Baumol in 1990.Howerer,entrepreneurship is not only influenced by institutions, entrepreneurs often help shape institutions themselves. The bilateral causal relation between entrepreneurs and institutions is examined in this paper.Entrepreneurs affect institutions in three ways.Entrepreneurship abiding by existing institutions is occasionally disruptive enough to challenge the foundations of prevailing institutions.Entrepreneurs sometimes have the opportunity to evade institutions, which tends to undermine the effectiveness of the institutions,or cause institutions to change for the better.Lastly, entrepreneurs can directly alter institutions through innovative political entrepreneurship.

TL;DR: Based on cognitive-affective mechanism, this article explained tourists' satisfaction and loyalty by the integrationmodel with the dual perspectives, and built the theoretical framework from both cognitive and affective points of view, to cover the shortage in the past research.
Abstract: Based on cognitive-affective mechanism, this study explains tourists' satisfaction and loyalty by the integrationmodel with the dual perspectives. Data were collected from tourists who have travelled to Tibet by the questionnaire survey andthe conceptual model was verified by using structural equation modeling approach. The results show that the natural environ-ment and the religious atmosphere are two factors which can cause tourists' cognitive and affective reactions. Tourists' per-ceived value from cognitive level and awe emotion from affective level have further affects on tourists' satisfaction and loyal-ty,and satisfaction mediates loyalty from cognitive and affective variables. This study builds the theoretical framework fromboth cognitive and affective points of view,to cover the shortage in the past research, and makes more comprehensive andreasonable interpretation of tourists' satisfaction and loyalty.
